I turned Callum's 'birthday card' into a WP, then I realised I still had some old ones I never posted so here they are bundled together for your... enjoyment? *g* They're all 1280 x 800, clicky to make bigger. :)

1. Callum with his Gemini. \o/

(  +5 - 1 RayK, 1 Billy Tallent, 2 Shattered, 1 CallumCollapse )

It is TIFF time again, would Callum be at any events?

Why yes, yes he would. :D

( Callum with Molly ParkerCollapse )

( He also attended the First Weekend Club's Canadian Film LoungeCollapse )

He's having a busy week. I like it. *g*

Breaking radio silence to drop off what is becoming my traditional CKR birthday card post.

This year Callum has been busy as usual, working on The Killing, Alphas, Rookie Blue, C.S.I Miami, *shudders* and he's working on The Firm tv series right now. He's also been busy winning awards for his work on Shattered, Gunless, and being awesome in general. I'm sure there's been a golf trip or two in there somewhere, too. So, here's to you, Callum! It's a pleasure to watch you on screen, and off it. *g*

( Happy Birthday Callum!Collapse )

Juliette Lewis posted a photo of Callum on her Twitter. :D

( Callum, Juliette, and Josh Lucas.Collapse )

A. Latest LJ DDoS shenanigans: I could access a few random journals to read but my own seemed to be inaccessible most of the time, as it seemed to be for most of us, I think. LJ Maintenance said, "The best way to view the site at present is logged out." How was that going to help, you know, UPDATE AND STUFF?! Not amused. But it appears to be functioning normally again for now, though the scrapbook is still a bit iffy. Show my pictures, damn it! *shakes tiny fist o' rage*

B. I let myself be talked in to seeing Transformers 3. ( Not really my cup of tea.Collapse )

CKR: There was this show on SyFy that held my attention for all of two episodes, because of one man.

Let's say hello to Agent Don Wilson. His scenes were few but his impact was thoroughly felt. ( Agent Wilson - A small pictorial tributeCollapse )

D. The following confessions are brought to you by summer heat and lack of sleep.

+ With all the LJ downtime I've been trawling YouTube for videos to keep me amused. Ended up watching the panels from Comic Con and after watching TBBT panel, I, um, now have a slight crush on Jim Parsons? o.O He's just so awkward! And his eyes are SO BLUE. And he's about ten feet taller than everyone else around him. I need help. Really. SEND HELP. aksdksdhkjahd.

+ Two Guys and a Girl is ancient going through a series of reruns on Fiver, which leaves me crushing on Wee Ryan Reynolds and Wee Nathan Fillion. I especially loved the episode where the guys switched brains with the girls and Ryan draped himself over Nathan. There was stroking. ( See?Collapse ) Some of the episodes are RIDICULOUS. But then those two show up and I can't. help. myself. *sigh*

Ahem.

So, with all that out of the way, how are you doin'? :D

surya74 posted earlier about Callum being cast in new legal drama, 'The Firm.' :D I wasn't all that interested in the film, or book for that matter, but I'm excited that Callum is going to be on TV again. I did just read the press release with a snippet of info about his character, however. (should say at this point TOTALLY not surprised by the information. *g*)

( Press Release: Callum Keith Rennie and Juliette Lewis Tapped for NBC's The Firm.Collapse )

And now to catch up with Alphas from last night. Callum in a suit! Can't be bad, right? ;)

HAPPY CANADA DAY. :D I may celebrate this later by watching some due South. ;)

So, hi there. I have not posted for a while and here we are in July. *blinks* I have not been having any sort of epic adventures, though I did go see Green Lantern which was an adventure in itself. Actually, I don't recall much of the movie except for ( Ryan ReynoldsCollapse )

I'm on holiday this week, and the weather looks to be quite good. I AM PLEASED.

Happy weekend, everybody!

Okay, not really. He's just joking around for the camera in behind the scenes footage from 'Alphas'.

( 2 short videos. 'It's Awesome!'Collapse )

Some pics from Wednesday's Symposium. :D

( bigger version +5 under hereCollapse )

Photos are by David Lee, there are a few more shots of the panel in this flickr album.
