The Olde Spitfire Grille

Join Sarah Stevey, registered yoga teacher, for an all levels yoga class outdoors in the plaza of The Olde Spitfire Grille. After class, stay for brunch! Order off their new brunch menu and enjoy your complimentary mimosa while connecting with others. Please bring a yoga mat and water for class. We will focus on our body/mind connection while releasing everyday stressors, stretching out those tight muscles, and relaxing into a final savasana. Feel free to reach out prior to the event if you have any questions or concerns.See you soon!Sarah Stevey
