If you know what CDN (Content Delivery Network) is, but don't want to spend time and money to employ a full-scale solution like Akamai or CloudFront, this system is the right choice for you.
Say, you have something like this in your HTML:
<img src="http://google.com/logo.gif"/>
Just change the URL and this logo.gif will be delivered through AWS CloudFront delivery servers, for free:
<img src="http://cf.jare.io/?u=http://google.com/logo.gif"/>
SSL is supported, you can use eitherhttp://cf.jare.io or https://cf.jare.io.
Well, there is one more thing you should do. You should login using your GitHub account and register your domain with us (google.com in this example). We want to know who you are, mostly in order to track usage. By the way, if you want to know how it all works, read this blog post: Jare.io, an Instant and Free CDN by @yegor256.
Keep in mind that we explicitly set all HTTP caching headers to "cache forever" values. Thus, the only way to modify resources is to change their URLs/names.
There are 1021 domains registered now. This is the list of 25 most active of them. The amount of Mb is calculated over the last month. If your traffic is bigger than 50Gb/mo, you are not welcome here: please, use some other CDN.
