Ethics and Society

Ethics and Society seeks critical contributions examining the intersection of ethics with innovation and societal transformation, and is committed to inclusiveness, encouraging interdisciplinary and globally diverse perspectives spanning philosophy, law, the social sciences, and applied research.

Launched in 2007 as NanoEthics: Studies of New and Emerging Technologies, the journal has been an innovative forum in science and technology studies (STS), publishing influential work on the ethical, legal, social, political, and cultural dimensions of technologies such as nanotechnology, biotechnology, neurotechnology, and information and communication technologies.

Rebranded as Ethics and Society, the journal now engages more fully with ethical issues across society, innovation, governance, and global challenges.

Ethics and Society is an online-only journal and its print ISSN (3091-3314 ) is ceased.
