We are excited to once again partner with Data Impressions & Microsoft to highlight students who model outstanding daily engagement and attendance when healthy. In addition, for the fourteenth consecutive year, we are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Tustin Toyota to increase overall student engagement and attendance by highlighting senior role models.

This week, campuses across Tustin Unified welcomed students and families back to school. We loved seeing so many smiling faces, confirming that 2026-27 is going to be a great year!

Students who ride an e-vehicle are required to attend a safety presentation and obtain a permit before bringing their e-vehicle on campus.

Monique Yessian has been named Director, Personnel Services effective July 1, 2026.  Ms. Yessian brings with her more than 20 years of experience in public education, having served as Director, Human Resources for Saddleback Unified School District following her role as Director, Student Services with Tustin Unified.

We recently hosted our 2nd Annual Culinary Competition in Foothill High School’s state-of-the-art culinary classroom, bringing together student teams from Foothill, Beckman, Orchard Hills, Hewes, and Pioneer for an exciting mystery-basket-style cooking competition.

This week, Sycamore band students enjoy new instruments to start the year, thanks to a partnership with the Orange County Philharmonic Society. We also catch up with student interns from the Tustin Public Schools Foundation's Summer Academy. And, Ms. Crane's students at Red Hill start the year by setting goals, shared in their zentangles.
