Dekart, also known as Descartes, is a Russian 3U CubeSat built by the MSU (Moscow State University) and SINP MSU (Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics at the Moscow State University).
The satellite is designed to obtain data on radiation in polar orbits and to test an ADS-B traffic monitoring system for civil aircrafts.
