The Chinese pair of RSW (Ronghe Shiyan Weixing) satellites are test satellites for a planned internet constellation.
Reportedly the satellites are built on CAST's DFH-4L platform.
They were launched in August 2021 on a CZ-2C (3) YZ-1S booster.
