CGWIC and Royal Group of Cambodia signed in January 2018 a framework agreement for the Techo 1 communications satellite project.
The satellite is designed to facilitate digital broadcasting, satellite broadband, e-government, national security services, and disaster management systems.
Techo 1 will be likely based on the DFH-4 Bus. The contract calls for in orbit delivery of the satellite by a Chinese rocket.
It appears that the project has been cancelled.
