MUST READ BEFORE BUYING - A Critical Synopsis

MUST READ BEFORE BUYING - A Critical Synopsis
TL; DR: Soft AND large ear-cups; medium-lightweight; good build quality; above-average music experience. Read further for a detailed review. The main factor for me while looking for an over-ear headphone was that it actually has OVER ear ear-cups. And I should say that it definitely fulfils that job. Pros: 1. The foam in the headband and ear-cups is very soft (for reference, as soft as a mushy banana) and has partial memory-foam, meaning it adjusts according to the contours of the ears. 2. The earcups are huge, dimensions (length/breadth of the oval): 10cm*8cm (outer); 6cm*4.5cm (inner). 2.1. They fully cover the ears, and one can keep wearing them for long without much discomfort. 3. The above ensures a good passive noise cancellation though (no ANC). Since it fully covers the ear, ~50% of the noise is cut down without music played, and ~75% while music is being played. 4. It has a well-built structure and good quality materials and leather used (haven't used for long but will probably last). 5. The headband has a metal strip running along, so it will remain sturdy. 6. It has good flexibility. It is highly portable, and at its smallest, the overall dimensions are less than 18cm*13cm. 7. The earcups can rotate along 2 axes, meaning they won't be vertically protruding when resting the headphones on the neck and shoulders. 8. They have both wired and wireless options to listen to songs, so not useless if the battery dies down. 8.1. The AUX cable provided (which is 6.3mm to 3.5mm jack) is 1 metre long (sufficient for moving around a bit) 9. Because they have 2 audio jacks, one can listen from 2 devices at the same time (for this, you will need an extra cable) 9.1. Alternatively, your friend/peer can connect their wired earphones/headphones on the extra jack and thus you both will be able to listen to the same movie/music at the SAME time, which is an AWESOME feature. Cons: 1. It has a MicroUSB port, not a USB-C port (but the appropriate cable is provided in the pack so not big of a problem) 2. Sound quality is not the best in the market, but pretty good in the price range. Just that audiophiles might not find it up to the mark. 3. After a couple of hours, one might have to remove them to get some ventilation as the leather material doesn't let any air in, and might cause accumulation of heat. 4. It is mildly heavy, so after a while, one may initially feel the need to remove them for some time. 5. Maybe not appropriate to use while exercising, due to the same no-ventilation reason. 6. The controls (volume, play/pause) and microphone only function in wireless mode. When in wired mode, they are pretty much like any other headphone (not headset) in all types of utility. 7. Good quality plastic and leather is used, BUT I feel it might get worn easily. I will update this review after a little while of use. So, guys, those were the honest feedbacks of my experience with these headphones. All I can say is the 4.2 ratings these have got are well-deserved and NOT a result of tacky business tactics like giving incentives for giving a good rating (like in the case of OneOdio). They are definitely valued for money in this price range and will give you a bang for your buck—a premium experience at a fraction of the cost of other branded products. If you're not an audiophile or music connoisseur who is looking for a top-class experience, I see no credible reason for you not to check these out. Good luck out there. Cheers!

I have been using the Fire-Boltt Aero TWS Earbuds, and I'm genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The sound quality is excellent, with deep bass, clear vocals, and balanced highs that make music enjoyable across different genres. The Custom EQ and app support are great additions, allowing you to personalize the audio to your preference.

The Bluetooth 5.4 connection is fast and stable, and pairing with my phone was effortless. The earbuds are comfortable to wear for long periods, and the touch controls are responsive and easy to use.

Battery life is another highlight. The charging case provides plenty of backup power, and the fast charging feature is very convenient when you are in a hurry. Call quality is clear, and the low-latency gaming mode performs well with minimal audio delay. The IPX4 water resistance also adds peace of mind during workouts or light rain.

Overall, these earbuds offer outstanding value for the price. If you are looking for great sound quality, long battery life, reliable connectivity, and useful features at an affordable price, I highly recommend the Fire-Boltt Aero TWS Earbuds. Definitely a 5-star purchase!

The earbuds come in their own product box and contain the earbuds, a USB-C charging cable (no plug top) and product documentation. The packaging is sturdy and protects the earbuds from damage during transit.

It is very easy to get started with the earbuds for the first time. Simply take them out of their case, enable Bluetooth on your phone (or other Bluetooth device) and choose Fire-Boltt Aero from the list of available devices. Next time onwards, your earbuds will automatically connect to your phone whenever they are out of their case and your phone is within range.

Best of all, the Fire-Boltt Aero has a companion app called “Original Sound” which can be downloaded from the AppStore or Play Store. The app allows you to adjust various settings, including the EQ and touch controls, as well as receive firmware updates. Note that you have to take the earbuds out of their charging case to connect them to the app.

The battery life of these earbuds is exceptional. With an overnight charge, they can last for 7-10 days with 3-4 hours of listening every day.

These are my first touch-enabled earbuds, and I accidentally keep activating the controls while trying to adjust them in my ears. My ears are small, and the earbuds also tend to pop out, especially when I’m eating. Even though I have disabled all the touch controls, the earbuds sometimes switch off when I lie on my side while listening to music.

As far as audio quality is concerned, I am a little disappointed. I like my highs, mids and lows to be equally audible. However, with the EQ at the default factory setting, or with all the frequencies in the equaliser set to 0 db, the audio sounds somewhat muddy, with the bass overpowering everything else.

That said, it is important to keep in mind the price at which these earbuds are retailing. It is unrealistic to expect professional audio quality at this price range. In fact, the features and audio quality delivered by these earbuds provide excellent value for money.

I am inclined to believe that the bass-centric sound is a deliberate design choice by the manufacturer. Therefore, these earbuds may be particularly suitable for people who prefer their audio to be bass heavy. However, if you’re looking for a crisp, balanced sound, these earbuds are probably not for you.

Writing this after 2 months of use

The built quality is durable and the buds fit nicely in the ears.

Battery lasts quiet long, I use it for less than 1.5 hours a day and charge it once a week sometimes even more than that.

Sound quality and bass is also pretty good and noise cancellation is also decent. Overall a good buy at this price

This is a review after 6 months of usage. I will simply say one thing to the buyer - Don't buy it.

Problems I faced till now -

      1) The design is very bad, just wearing it for 2-3 mins hurts the ear.

      2) Worst battery backup - discharges too fast and sometimes doesn't charge even when inserted for charging. Hardly you will get 1.5 hours of continuous usage backup after that it will keep beeping battery low.

      3) Poor Design and touch controls - whatever you do. Like just adjust it, or anything. It triggers the touch response. And the touch is given at the worst place.

The reason why I bought it at the first place was because I have fireboltt smartwatch since 2024 and it works great but this tws is the worst thing I ever bought just to save some money.

The sound quality is mid , compared to headphones it's bad ,as headphones has other components to make it sound saperate (bass, etc) but in this all of the components are one so it feels off from the real version of the music. Also the sensors are way to sensitive and the pause and play only works if we remove the ear buds from the ear or put it in , But sometimes not all ear shapes are same so the sensor doesn't detect to pause or play making it hard during times where we can't use our phones suddenly to pause (gym or bus), but battery life if fairly good but the first delivery had issues and didn't work properly but after replacing I recieved better product. I don't recommend this go for boat instead
