Customers say

Customers find the watch to be of good quality and worth the price, with a premium appearance that looks expensive. However, the functionality and durability receive negative feedback - the day and date feature doesn't work properly, and the strap breaks within days of use. Moreover, the time display issues are significant, with customers reporting incorrect timings and completely stopped time display. The weight receives mixed reactions, with some liking it while others find it slightly heavy, and water resistance is also a concern as water passes inside the watch.

Very disappointed with this purchase! I received a clearly used and extremely poor-quality product. The strap even has a tick mark made with a pen, which is completely unacceptable. I have no idea why a used and damaged-looking item was sent to me when I paid for a new product.

This is not just about the quality—the product looks like it has already been handled/used by someone else. Customers pay for a new product, not someone else’s rejected or used item.

Absolutely unacceptable service and quality. I would strongly recommend checking your products properly before dispatching them.
