Product Description

This glass dome cloche jar of color tip wooden safety matches is a prefect addition for any candle set or accent piece. These matches are both stylish and functional, an add a cute colored element to your coffee table centerpiece display. The glass jar is a perfect decorative container for storing your candle, fireplace, bathroom, or kitchen matches. Long 3 inch match sticks provide a clean burning alternative to lighters, but are more attractive. Often used as party favors for weddings, bridal parties, and any gift situation. A matches cloche, also known as a match striker cloche, is a small glass dome that is designed to hold safety matches and protect them from moisture. It typically has a metal or ceramic base with a striking surface on which the user can strike the match to ignite it. The glass dome helps to keep the matches dry and free from moisture, which can cause them to become unlightable. The cloche is usually decorative and can add a touch of elegance to a table or mantel. It is often used in restaurants, bars, or homes and is a convenient way to keep matches close at hand while also protecting them.

Matches light SUPER easily. I bought this for an aesthetic set up in the coffee table for our advent wreath- much nicer looking than a bic lighter.
