BUY THIS NOW!!!
Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2025I had a Roomba years ago, when the technology first came out, it was the worst. I had been wanting to get a new model, especially with the new self emptying option as well as mop. Prime Days came and it seemed the perfect opportunity.
All of that being said I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!
Within minutes of unboxing I had uploaded the app, connected the device to my WiFi and the vacuum was up and running AND I scheduled it to run every morning at 8am. I also synced the device with my Alexa. So I can say things like, “Alexa, start vacuum.” and my vacuum gets to work. But it gets better! The device mapped out my home and I was able to easily name each room on the app. So now, let’s say I spill something in the kitchen, I can say “Alexa, vacuum the kitchen” or select the kitchen on the map in the app and then select “clean” and here comes my vacuum (that we’ve named Finch), to the kitchen, vacuums just the kitchen, redocks itself and empties the onboard dust bin into the larger bin that is SO much easier(and less messy) to empty than the onboard dustbin. Ok, now let’s talk about the mop option. The reservoir is onboard and pretty small and can only be filled with water, no cleaning fluids. I have found that the mop feature works best for me when I select it manually. Then I spray a cleaner on the area to be mopped, as the device moves to the area to be mopped it dispenses water (you can set the level) and drops the mop pad.
I have interlocking laminate flooring and this mop works so much better than I ever thought it would.
I should also mention than I have a 10 year old son who plays baseball (think baseball red clay dirt) and two small dogs (one long hair, one short and they both shed substantially) and both the vacuum and mop features on this device have impressed me, as well as the ease of use.
As far as the volume, it’s not super loud but it’s not super quiet either. That being said it does not disturb my dogs at all, I will attach a video to prove that.
Oh! I almost forgot! The navigation feature on this device is 1MILLION times more improved than the earlier model I owned. It doesn’t get stuck and I checked the height of the device before I purchased it and it fits under my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, my dresser and end tables. Oh also! This dust and dog hair thirsty little sucker actually does this beautiful dance around my dining room table and chairs! I thought for sure it was just going to avoid that area all together or get stuck but no, it navigated itself around the legs of the chairs and table from the very first launch and seems to have even gotten better at it with each cleaning!
I can recommend this product without hesitation 100%
P.s. I have atttached the video of the device navigation itself in a very tight area and around my dog beds as my dogs slept. Unfortunately only one video can be uploaded per review so I can’t post the video I have of the device mopping and self emptying the onboard dust bin into the larger cyclonic bin on the dock. Sorry :(
P.S.S. I mentioned that I purchased this on Prime Day, I paid $200, but I would buy it again for full price without hesitation, it’s THAT good.

No Quality Control anywhere
Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2026We went through 4 of these in a two year period. First we had the E10 models.
The first one ran perfectly for about 3 months, then it quit pumping water for the mop part. The day before the replacement one arrived, it began working again. Eureka said the first one had to go back regardless.
The second one ignored all "no go/do not go" areas from the start, it even was pushing furniture around the house, the app showed it thought it was all the way on the other side of the house, where it shouldn't have been cleaning in the first place. Eureka warrantied it again, #2 went back and #3 was sent by them.
The third one did the same but worse. Eureka refunded it. It started working again after a few resets and a few weeks of messing around with it. Eureka said to keep #3. #3 is still running, most of the time,
The fourth one, with the bin removed for cleaning which meant it should sit there in a error state and not do anything, decided to start at its regularly scheduled time but drive straight ahead, into the staircase and sit and spin its wheels, until it started smoking. I assume it was not far from starting on fire. Luckily it was winter and we removed it with a shovel and put it in a snowbank in front of the house until it apparently ran out of battery and quit trying to drive, but by then both drive wheels had completely locked up. Eureka refunded it and wanted it back. Meanwhile #3 was doing the same thing, but driving into the clothes dryer so it was noticed immediately and stopped. #4 was running into a carpeted staircase and wasn't noticed until the house smelled like an electrical fire.
With the refund of #4, we bought the then new model, the E20 plus. We went through two of those in a year, the first one did the same that #2 and #3 did but the first the cliff sensors went out so it always thought it was on a ledge or the edge of a staircase or something, and the second repeatedly could not find its home, got lost, ignored everything. Eureka refunded both and did not want either back, but after the refund of the second E20 plus, they stated we should not buy any Eureka products again as we would not be covered under any Eureka warranty in the future.
The E10 and E20 are apparently just enough different you can't take parts from an E10 and put in an E20 or vice versa. No parts are available-easily anyways- even though the robots are designed to be easily taken apart. You can buy parts from the usual chinese places, but you have to buy 5,000 at a time.
You can not put the clear E20 bin in the E10 either, it will not work.
The E10 water bin is a bit small, one cleaning of a house with about a 20x30 room of hard floor will run the water tank empty before it is done, on normal water mode.
The filters on both the E10 and E20 plug with fine dust within a few months, regardless of how long you have the self empty base run. Bins on both have to be manually cleaned every few months as well as fuzz and dust will build up and not empty or will jam the self empty door open.
The brush roller on the E10 is nice, like a normal vacuum, the one on the E20 is more harsh but does noticeably find more dirt in carpets.
The self empty base appears to be the same on both models and works very well, apparently they must have patents on the cyclone style. The filters never needed to be cleaned or replaced during the time we ran any of them. Other manufacturers should copy the base or at least its design.
When it maps the house, you have to set it to use no water and use low vacuum power. It must go over every square inch of your place to make a map. If it does not and runs out of battery, that is your map. It takes two hours to do usually and now you have to wait for it to completely recharge and do it again and hope it does not run out of battery. It will also randomly redraw rooms and add non existent rooms, completely off the map, then show the robot stuck way over there and then move where it thinks its base is to some non existent room off base. The only solution is to revert the map, if you remembered to back up the map, or remap the house. Then it may do it again the very next day. Oh, and when it thinks it is in a non existent room, usually it is destroying something in a no go zone or pushing a chair or stool around.
When it worked, we were impressed with it. You still had to run the normal upright vacuum just as much as before and got just as much dirt, but the robots found just a much in-between the times you ran the normal upright, probably from the entry rugs of which we had the robots clean a couple times a day, right after we came and left for the day.
I should say we were impressed with it. We bought a mopping Shark with the water tanks in the base that oscillates its mop pad. Apparently the Eureka dragging the microfiber rag behind it and changing it once a week along with mopping normally once a week was not doing much, as the Shark's dirty water tank is consistently brown with a sediment layer in the bottom.
Then we got the purple Dyson, the D shaped one, that one is a true competitor for replacing the upright vacuum, it honestly makes you wonder how both Eureka vacuums and the upright missed so much on the carpets and rugs.
The only thing I miss about the Eureka's is they were short enough to go under end tables and dressers. The Sharks are about a half inch too tall and the Dyson is short enough but for some reason usually avoids going under them for some reason.
Eureka support is based in China, there is an obvious language barrier, and you have to wait a day at least, sometimes a week, for a reply but if you wait more than 24 hours to reply they close your entire ticket and you have to start over from the start again. Shark seems to have support based in North America and does not seem to care if you take a day or so to reply, and Dyson has a very responsive live chat with someone who English is their first language it seems.

Love it!
Reviewed in the United States on February 11, 2024Great product. It arrived about 5 days earlier than Amazon's estimated delivery. Everything showed up as described. Set up was really easy. I did the initial cleaning, allowing the robot to clean our entire main floor, which is all Hardwood (a few large rugs). As it cleaned this entire area, it completed its first map, which was extremely accurate. After the first map was made, it automatically divided a couple of rooms, which I then edited and broke into four smaller rooms. After the rooms were set up the way I wanted, I added some virtual walls to keep the robot out of tight spaces that I cleaned myself. I then had the robot clean each room individually and made a note of how long it took. Once I had all the rooms timed, i then created a schedule for each room to be cleaned. I put two minutes in between each room cleaning so that the robot will go back home and self-empty before it starts the next room. The robot does not automatically return home when the dustbin is full. For the price I'm not going to complain about that. I just found a way to make it empty as needed. I have a great big ole silver lab, and he sheds a lot. The hair isn't very long, but it definitely builds up daily. I live in a small town and we have a lot of dust in the air so I'm constantly dusting everything. I thought our floors were pretty clean until this little robot made its first dump, and I was surprised at the amount of lint, hair, and normal debris that it picked up. The app is really functional, and I've not had any problems with it. If you leave the app running in the background on your device and then return to try and use it, the app sometimes it will glitch out. I just closed the app and reopened it, and everything is fine again. I'm on day 3 of excessively using this thing, and so far, I'm super happy about this purchase. If it gives me any crap I will update here. I look forward to being able to purchase spare parts to have on hand. (Extra brushes) the mopping feature is a really cool extra. It is a great maintainer but I wouldn't say that it's actually a mopping the floor it's more like wiping it down. My dog comes in and out tracking little paw prints all over the place and it definitely makes those disappear but it certainly isn't scrubbing your floor. I wouldn't recommend this for strictly carpet use. I make that assessment based on how it reacts with our rugs. I don't allow it on any Shaggy rugs, but all the fine carpet rugs it definitely does work on them, but I wouldn't have this robot cleaning my bedrooms, which are all carpeted. The carpet in my home is what I would consider a standard length, and the little robot drives across that no problem, but I just feel it's best not to wear this little robot out on carpet. That's my own opinion. If my whole house was carpet I would probably just continue using my standard vacuum. I tried to add pictures and a video but for some reason the Amazon App is saying there is an error in my upload. It's their problem I'm not an idiot LOL

Makes life easier
Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2025I've had this robot vacuum for about a year when the moping function stopped working, Eureka support made it right, so I'm going to adjust my review based on that.
First off, I really like this vacuum and I feel like it was a very good purchase overall. I run it every day and it does a geat job of picking up dust, dirt, kitty litter, and hair. I love that I can walk around the house barefoot without getting crud stuck to my feet. You can definitely tell where it can't reach by the dust piling up.
That said the vacuum does have some difficulties around various objects in the house, such as tables with a low shelf. The robot sees the four legs but likes to bump into the lower shelf for a while before moving on. And I have a recliner with ramping feet that the robot likes to climb and get stuck on. I understand how difficult it can be to program such a device to handle all the edge cases and odd geometries around a house. So that's fine, I get it.
The robot has a dirty job and as such needs a little bit of routine maintenance. You'll want to keep the bottom sensors clean so it can detect stairs, and as with any vacuum long pet hair can wrap around the side and main brushes. A tool is provided to help with clearing the main brush and the side brushes pop off so it's not difficult to clean out.
TL:DR I would buy it again.

Set It Right, and It’s a Beast — A Huge Win for Daily Cleaning
Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2026First off: this vacuum is fantastic—but you really have to dig into the settings to unlock what it can do.
I was specifically looking for a robot vacuum that doesn’t rely on mopping. I just wanted something that could consistently keep dust and debris under control throughout my apartment at different times of day—especially since I’ve had limited mobility following an injury a couple of years ago.
The app is excellent—clean, intuitive—but there’s a learning curve. Once I found how to disable mopping and crank up the suction, everything changed. Yes, higher suction drains the battery faster, but the cleaning performance jumps significantly. On standard power it’s fine; on turbo, it really delivers.
One feature I love is the dual 3-arm spinning brushes on either side. They do a great job pulling in dust, dirt, and anything tracked in—especially around entryways. Combined with the stronger suction, it leaves floors noticeably cleaner.
Noise-wise, it’s comparable to other robot vacuums I’ve owned. The self-emptying base gets loud for about 30 seconds, but honestly, that’s a small price to pay for not having to deal with the mess yourself. It’s not excessive, and for me, it’s completely worth it.
The navigation is solid. The LiDAR system does most of the mapping and guidance, while the recessed sensors help it avoid obstacles without getting scuffed or damaged—something I’ve seen happen with other brands like Roomba. It moves confidently and handles thresholds and door edges without any issues.
The first full-apartment clean (during mapping) was honestly shocking—in a good way. When it returned to the base and emptied itself, it filled the container instantly. That alone showed me how much it was picking up that I couldn’t keep up with physically.
I typically empty the base every 2–3 days now, and it’s been consistent and reliable. The build feels sturdy, and it handles my hardwood floors and area rugs with ease—without the strain that comes from using a traditional vacuum (which has been tough on my back post-surgery).
As for mopping: it’s there if you want it. It comes with pads and a small water reservoir—probably good for light surface cleaning—but I personally don’t use that feature. My focus was vacuuming, and that’s where it shines.
Bottom line: this vacuum has made a real difference in my day-to-day life. It’s powerful, customizable, and incredibly helpful if you want a hands-off way to keep your floors clean.
I’m genuinely impressed—well done, Eureka.

A Beast with a few (serious) Issues
Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2024This is the third robot vacuum I have owned so far; the last being an unimpressive Roomba that I got tired of replacing the delicate silicone belly parts and expensive bags.
Let me start off by saying I enjoy the idea of the LiDAR Mapping feature; it quickly scans and determines the different styles of rooms and sizes and the mapping function makes sure it covers everything. Once that’s connected to the app you can name specific rooms and then clean those as designated: if you only want to clean the kitchen, it’ll only clean the kitchen.
The mop function is simple as it only takes water and really is only suitable for kitchens or maybe tile hallways. I do not recommend using it for anything that even resembles wood.
The brush bar is a beast. It picks up cat hair, human hair, and litter with ease. The area rugs look exponentially better than the Roomba could ever clean. It also recognizes multiple floors so I could take it upstairs and it can clean the plush carpets of the bedrooms as needed- something that Roomba could never have handled. It’s capabilities of cleaning deep carpets is akin to a Roborock robot vacuum or even that of a handheld upright Dyson, which says a lot considering I am a multiple pet owner and my long hair has been known to destroy weaker vacuums.
The dustbins suction is impressive. It's able to successfully collect anything inside the vacuum cleaner as long as the vacuum’s bin isn’t overloaded (see complaints further down) and emptying it into the trash can is clean and simple.
That being said, I do have a few complaints.
This thing is expensive, even on sale. It was more expensive than even my first Roborock.
If the dustbin receptacle inside the vacuum cleaner is full, it does not have the programming capable to go to the base to have it emptied and resume working. It will keep running even though it’ll eventually clog itself to death. This is a considerable issue because it means you can only safely clean one room at a time then program it empty the dustbin each and every round.
I feel like this is not something that shouldn’t even be a problem anymore, considering even the most basic robot vacuum that have charging stations that double as dustbins already plan this out on their own.
Another frustrating issue is this is the first vacuum cleaner I’ve owned in 10 years that will still run over cords and aggressively mow over anything in it’s path. Again: there is better technology and sensors utilized in cheaper robot vacuums that avoid this very basic problem.
Finally, even though the app is completely reasonable, there is no child safety locking mechanism on the device or app.
This is DANGEROUS if you have smart cats or bored small children.
Nothing is more fun than waking up at two in the morning hearing the vacuum complain that it got stuck somewhere or being in the middle of work and getting a ping on the app saying that your vacuum is jammed under the couch and there’s nothing you can do to help it for the next six hours.
Combine the lack of safety locking features with the fact that it's sturdy enough to indiscriminately mow over anything that LiDAR doesn’t pick up and I fear it’s the perfect Poop Storm brewing: it’ll smear whatever it hits all over the very precise mapping feature. This was the kind of nightmare story you would laugh about in 2016, there’s no reason this should be happening nowadays.

Oh it sucks, but not like ya expected
Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2025I would not recommend this Vacuum Robot. It was great at first, but after a couple months, it started to have a lot of issues.
First, the side brush design is pretty poor. They fall off all the time. I've tried sever tricks short of simply gluing them on, but there are always issues. Its just a piss poor design choice for a connection that sees so much work. It wears out too quickly and is not adequate for the job it's expected to do. I was disappointed to see this when I first opened the box but the worked for a bit at first.
Second, it has constant issues with 'wheel slipping', or another error, when there is no reason for it. It gets confused and trapped easily. I've seen it get befuddled in a simple, unobstructed corner of a room, a feature to be expected in every home. I've done all the sensor cleaning and suggested maintenance, and it would get messed up without a speck of dust on the sensor window.
Third, the product just deteriorates so rapidly in function. The first one I only had 6 months before it stopped working. One day it would only more in quick bursts in the backward direction. They quickly replaced it, but the replacement had issues before long as well. I had resigned myself to just grappling it with this thing until it dies because I am loath to just scrap electronics and filling the landfill, even if they would maybe send a replacement. Anyway, here we are. One day it won't move beyond a 1/4 circle arc back and forth until it give a "wheels slipping' error. There is NOTHING outwardly causing the issue, it's just broken. first on lasted 6 months, the replacement lasted about a year. Unacceptable life expectancy.
In short:
Poor quality
Poor value
Poor life expectancy
poor performance
I would recommend you look elsewhere than Eurika for robotics.

App needs work, robotic logic needs work. Doesn't last.
Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2024Update (7.7.24 - 8 months): Reducing my Rating to 1. I'm sorry I purchased this and feel as though it was a waste of money. At best I can use this as a regular vacuum without the mop function from here out but now need to find a new solution to mopping my main floor's hardwoods and kitchen tiles. What a waste.
I had noticed that the internal collection compartment was getting gunked up. It seems that because it is vacuuming and mopping at the same time, it is basically mixing dust and water to make a mess inside the vacuum. When you normally mop, you sweep the area first or vacuum it, then mop. This device mops while vacuuming which makes wet dirt. This then is not ejected into the waste cannister correctly and can quickly build up. Essentially, you need to manually clean the vacuum every time you use it with the mopping feature defeating the purpose of the automatic waste cannister.
Today I noticed the unit is leaking. I don't know from where but I found a wet spot beneath the charging station and it appears the hardwood floors beneath have been slightly damaged due to getting wet over time.
I wanted to like this product and did my best to give it every chance. Unfortunately it fails to deliver on what it was designed to do and in the future I will not be looking to Eureka for my vacuum or mop needs.
(original post) Purchased this for the 1st floor of my house 4 months ago. Tile kitchen, hard wood hall, hard wood dining room with an area rug. I also have a step down into a sunken living room and on the opposite side of the house, a step down into a sunken den. I don't have pets.
I knew the living room and den would need the vac picked up and set back down which was fine. My main goal was to get something that would mop the kitchen and hardwoods regularly. Here's my experience thus far.
What I like:
- The cleanout cannister doesn't need to be emptied after each cleaning, is easy to use and dump out, and doesn't require special bags like some of the other brands.
- The mop feature has been doing a decent job keeping the floors clean.
- For a mop and vac unit, the price was good compared to some of the other brands.
What I don't like:
- The App is not the best. Some screens just need you to select a different option but other screens require you to also select a tiny check at the top corner. Not very intuitive. The room maps allow you to set up named regions and even virtual walls but there's no options to set mop or vac intensity by room. For example, I'd want my kitchen mopped with the highest mop settings but the halls with the lowest. Also, I've set it to not mop at all and just vacuum and found it mopping anyways.
- The logic gets confused and I have one spot where it will continually return to, back up, move a few feet away, then return to the same location again. It will do this over and over until it runs out of charge. I've tried remapping the area, relocating the base station, doesn't matter. I just now set up a virtual wall in the App to try and stop this from happening.
- Mopping reservoir has no gauge and the vac and app do not indicate when the unit is empty.
As I haven't tried any other brands of vac/mop combo's, I don't know if any of these issues are better or worse industry wise.

Bernardo Fernandez1 out of 5 starsNula garantía en caso de falla.
