    Wow what a work out! I knew I was out of shape but dang I didn't realize I was THAT out of shape lol. It's harder than I thought it would be but that makes me want to do it that much more and work to make it easier. I'm starting at 5 minutes and working my way up. I've been wanting to get in shape since I had my daughter and she's 16 months old now and I'm done procrastinating. I chose this because I don't have room for work out equipment and I wanted something that I could do anywhere anytime so that I wouldn't make excuses. It's good quality especially for the price and it is definitely quiet. It does make a sound but not loud at all. I don't have to turn the volume up on the tv or yell over it to have a conversation. I specifically choose this one because it said it was quiet and I was not disappointed. I looked at a lot of these and settled on this one because it was affordable, quiet, and I really liked the color lol. The plastic is smooth as is the motion. Would definitely recommend.

      Good Purchase for the Price and it Works

      I only had this exercise device for two days, but within that time, I have decided I love it. Some of the complaints are it is too loud, but I disagree. It has almost no sound at all. It may get louder as it starts to wear out, but for now I only hear a smooth hum. It is easy to use. Put one foot in front of your hips and the other foot at your hip. Sling the ball around and just start rocking back and forth. I got the hang of it in about five minutes, and I was never able to hoola hoop. You can adjust the belt to any size you need, large or tiny. Be careful removing and adding segments because they are made of plastic and the tiny knobs that fit into the hole could break if you force them. Just squeeze the ends together slightly and it will bend enough to fit into the holes. If you break one, there are several extra segments. The ball rolls smoothly around when you get the hang of it. My heart rate actually got up a little and I could tell I was using my calfs, thighs, buttocks, and abdomen muscles. I would compare the workout to moderate dancing. It actually is fun so I anticipate this is something I will use, especially during the winter months when I don't get out as much. At this point I would purchase this again. I will add to this review if anything changes my opinion in the future.

      Okay, so I waited about a month before writing this review so I could accurately review it.

      I am 33, with endo and have been bloated and gaining weight this last year. Dr's want to do surgery but I didn't want to be overweight and have a surgery that's known to wreak havoc on your hormones and then be even more over weight so I needed to try something.

      I wasn't working out before hand but I am a SAHM and have an asd child so I wasn't sedentary either. I kept seeing the weighted hoop ads and figured why not so I ordered this.

      The first day was spent watching videos trying to get it to spin and figure out how my body should be moving with it. Started off with 30 minutes a day, and once I got the hang of it I really enjoyed it. I put music on and go at it. I'm doing anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes a day. I was able to take off 1 link in 30 days and about to loose the 2nd. You truly get a work out, by the end I'm usually sweating a gallon of water out of my body.

      The cons, I can technically take the 2nd link off now, but it's so tight I can feel the roller moving over my body and got bruised a bit. So I added the link back and while it's loose it's dooable.

      And disclaimer: I do the hoop, I also cut out soda and added 30 minutes on the treadmill 6 days out of the week. 30 days later and I'm 15 pounds skinner.

      I like this one . 100 percent noise free. So that means you won't be called annoying. It's so cool. The one I had before this sounded like a damn tractor. I couldn't use as much. Cause it was so loud and annoying. im glad this one worked out well. I did have one small problem the weighted ball got untied and fell off the track wheels so I ordered a replacement and sent the other back. All worked out well . Best purchase ever. Hoop is effective and works. Plus you'll lose midsection weight clothes will start to fit better. You'll feel confident and strong when choosing this. You'll love it I promise

      I added this to my workout to add variety. I thought it would be a fun. It was, in fact, anything but fun.

      The area you have to clear to work out is twice as much as my elliptical or stationary bike. Not only do you need more space you also have a higher risk of hitting objects and people around you.

      I also got less of a workout for the portion of time I allocated to this method. I did try several times. I changed placement, starting with giving the weight a toss, rotating my hips, doing a little back and forth, side to side teetering. There was some timely sessions of success keeping the movement coherent but in the end it didn’t maintain.

      Ultimately, I found this particular workout too costly for my time and effort. I hardly got any real sweat in or movement in. This may work better for others but I doubt it’s your best option. Buy this second hand or perhaps a friend or family member can spare theirs. Mine is most likely going to Goodwill.

      So I got this to try it. That’s why I bought one that was less expensive. I figured if it’s not what I want I will return it.

      First: It came earlier than it said. That’s a plus.

      Second: It’s not that loud. I have watched videos and they’re more noisy than this.

      Third: It is going to take time to learn.

      Fourth: It is easy to put together, but I had a hard time taking it apart squeezing the pieces. It is plastic but it is sturdy. Which surprised me. In all fairness I do have RA.

      The weight feels good.

      I was worried about it not fitting. I am 5’4” and weigh 295. I had three or four pieces left.

      I am not good at getting it to go around. But I just got it today. HOWEVER: I ordered RED and got BLUE. Even though the box says red. That is why it got 3 stars.

      Update

      I have learned to make it go around for 8 minutes at a time. The key is you can’t go slow. Still hate that it is BLUE. I wish I would have gotten what I ordered.

      So far I’m in love. I had been wanting one forever and finally decided to order. I ordered 2 different ones and this one is the best!! Very easy to figure out just add links to fit, put the weight on the track, and link it together around you. The links are super easy to take apart but don’t bust open accidentally. The weight is very quiet (the other one I bought is very loud/annoying) I could literally do this next to my sleeping child with no worries of her waking. And the weight spins easily without wobbling or tangling. Also I am a very big girl and this fits with links left over!! I do recommend wearing tight fitted clothing or tying your shirt up out the way as it will interfere with the track.
