Charged it as directed. Would never go into program mode. Expensive paperweight on its way back

Update: I requested a refund and received a shipping label but another lock arrived too so I tried that one. This time I got into programming and now it unlocks with any finger by anyone! This one’s going back too PLEASE DO NO SEND ME ANY MORE OF THESE GARBAGE “LOCKS.”

Battery will not hold a charge longer than a few days. For the amount of money this cost it should last a little longer. The fingerprint reader is sometimes difficult to get to work.
