No, this lamp has neveer seen Murano but it's a fair copy that serves its purpose. I use it with an "intelligent" plug and use commands to turn it on and off. Can also serve as an attractive night light. Recommended.

Ok, so it's only one day old. But, it was packaged perfectly and is well-made. Thick enough blown glass to not be petrified of it easily breaking but nicely constructed. I had one of the "original" Italian lamps just like this without any stripes and my little grandson knocked it off where it was seated and I was very happy to find a basic replica. It comes with a 9W VERY WHITE light bulb, not the "soft glow" they advertise. It's perfect for my placement area but I truly wonder if it's REALLY only 9 watts LED! It is sooooo bright it's hard to believe. And the box is labelled for "100 W." but am presuming that's the max allowance. I have no complaints but will update should it fail - yes, I DO that!

The lamp is very pretty. I am disappointed with the dimming feature. The bulb is very bright and barely dims at all. I tried changing the light bulb and it seems the only bulb that will work is the one that comes with the lamp. Just a heads up! Otherwise it is beautiful and well made.
