The whole family loves it's like a fire place and have the ability to change the flame colors or tun them off. Also has the ability to put it on a timer of 1,3,5 hours and comes with a remote. Easy to use and really puts out the smells of the essential oil. Highly recommend if you like fires but can have one and also to help with illness and getting moisture in to areas that are lacking that fact to prevent kids having blood noises

So, this is how my diffuser looked when I bought it nearly two months ago. I work full-time and I’m a full-time student, so I like to destress when I’m home. What better way to do this than a fireplace diffuser blessing me with the scent of my lavender vanilla essential oil? I run my diffuser for a few hours every day while I work on my schoolwork.

I couldn’t hear it running at all, the tank lasts a few hours, and it doesn’t leave the area around it wet from condensation. It’s also easy to clean. The user manual walks you through how to clean it properly. Make sure you do this often, so the oil residue doesn’t build up!

It’s got a gentle glow, so it’s not blinding or distracting. The light is so gentle, you could even use it as a nightlight.

In my opinion it’s a perfect size for what I was looking for. It fits on my desk perfectly! I’m measurement impaired, so for size comparison, I’d say it’s about the size of a 20 oz coffee tumbler laid on its side,

I love that you can change the colors on not only the fire, but the steam as well. You can have them the same color or different colors if you like. You can also use it as a night light where it’s still lit, but the fire isn’t going and neither is the steam. You can also have the fire going, but no steam as well. So, you can customize it just the way you like it! Personally, I enjoy the traditional fireplace look. It’s beautiful! The other colors are just as pretty, I just like the classics!

I also enjoy that it has a timer for 1, 2, or 3 hours. I use that function when I want to relax to fall asleep, but not leave it running all night long. If you do happen to fall asleep, but forgot to set a timer, no worries! It will automatically shut off once it runs out of water.

The remote works well. You can turn it on/off, change the colors of the steam/fire, turn the steam/fire on/off, and set the timer with the remote.

It worked wonderfully at first. However, it hasn’t even been two months yet and now the steam barely comes out of it anymore. I can no longer smell my essential oils. Everything else works, but that. I’ve cleaned it as instructed, and followed the troubleshooting directions, but unfortunately it still isn’t working properly.

I’m hoping it’s just a fluke, so I’ve ordered a new one just because of how much I loved it until it quit working properly. If the new one I ordered works properly for a longer time period, I will update my review. Had this not happened, I would have definitely given it 5 stars instead of 3.

EDIT:

They have offered me a full refund for the diffuser that quit working! I really appreciate it, because I thought I was just out of luck since there was only a 30-day warranty on it. So far my new one is still going strong! I’m hoping this one lasts! I love it so much!

This essential oil fireplace is such a comforting addition to my living room. I love that you can change the colors, and it makes the room smell wonderful. The remote is convenient and makes it easy to adjust the settings.

The only downside is that it comes with a USB-C cord but does not include the wall adapter, so you will need to provide your own. Other than that, I’m really happy with it!

I wish I didn't have to give it such a poor review but I have to. It's beautiful. It gives off great aroma with the essential oils but it's melting. Yes it's melting. After a few uses i noticed a black residue in the water reservoir so I thought it was burnt oil. I used a q-tip to wipe it off it wasn't much. The next time it was more so I did the same as before and cleaned it. It kept happening so I inspected it a little closer with a dry cloth and tried to wipe it and the cloth got stuck. I pulled it away and noticed it's not oil that was burnt but plastic. I put the top back on the fireplace diffuser and sure enough you can see its warped and melted. It's such a shame because I really like it and the hassle i got from trying to explain the problem with it to have it replaced was so frustrating. Like I didn't plan on replacing it so I didn't keep the box and instructions to it but that's what amazon wanted for the replacement to happen so I'll just buy another one but a different brand and maybe I will have better results. Like I said it really is a shame I really like it. It was beautiful.

Includes: Unit, Remote & Charging Wire (no block charger, needed for operation). No oils included for smells (not needed for operation).

Pros:

-The colors u get are very appealing

-Color of fog (upper) and fireplace (lower) independently controlled. When the fireplace lights are off the light from

fog spills over into it, ever so slightly, which is a great dim look for at night if using it during sleep.

-Small (pro & con) Great for a camper or small space. (see pics included)

-Easy to use

-Has both Remote and Base Unit Controls

Cons

-There is a noticeable Hum with the fireplace light (lower) on. This does seem to diminish some after the first few

hours of use, so it may be less or not even noticeable. My video shows the first few minutes of use at the loudest it

was. Some other people's videos do seem to showcase the lower sound of it, probably after longer use.

-Lid doesn’t quite close sometimes leaving a very small gap at top; mainly aesthetic

-Size is small so this is not gonna be a fake-fireplace look. But it is great for many spaces.

- No power block charger included, only comes with the USB-C (to unit) to USB-A (to block) cord.

-Instructions for the button clicks are slightly confusing at first, however just playing with the controls help you

figure it out. Below is hopefully a bit easier of the remote sequence.

The hum is mainly noticeable in extremely quiet environments, with ur heat or air running in the background it is less noticeable. If ur using this for sleep, u will likely want the lower brightness setting which makes the noise gone and just the sound of the water diffusing.

Attaching a video for the hum sound and color, just be mindful that this is daylight so the colors while visible may be even better at night.

Also attaching pictures for dimensions.

Sequence of Button Clicks (this is for both the Fog (Upper) and Fireplace (Lower) lights, but they have seperate switches, so you must click each for what you want; Example: You can have the fog lights rotate colors while the fireplace lights are off or solid color, or vice versa:

1st Click = Orange Light, somewhat similiar to a real fire.

2nd Click = Rotating Colors (always starts at blue)

3rd Click = Holds last color in the rotation of colors

4th Click = Light Off

Initially I thought the only two colors were Orange & Blue, however once you give it a second on the second click it will start to rotate the colors.

Love the product and how it works, simple and great with essential oils and feels like a fire place.

Only thing that’s odd it does make a noise when turned on but that’s just the product doing its job but overall great product.

Perfect compliment and ambience for my office. Pairing the little glow with jazz and blues helped me relax a lot today. Easy to set up and use. Pairs well with the oils I purchased. Great value on this one if you’re scouting through reviews looking to pick one. I enjoy mine very much. Good quality, remote works well, no noise even noticed, and no leaks (just don’t overfill it)

I love this diffuser!! I even use it just for the flame if I have no water in it. My fav little light in my room.

It actually looks good and effective in spreading the scent in the room. However we have only been using this for less than a month but the lid started melting inside for some reason.

One of the best diffuser , one should go for it

I absolutely adore this piece. So quiet and looks like a real fireplace. Not very big so it can go on a dresser or night table.

Looks beautiful

Awesome
