    If you suffer with lack of bowel movements, poor fibre intake, or constipation then I would recommend. These don't work like a laxative so don't worry thinking that you will be running to the toilet every 5 minutes, instead I have found they keep me regular and in a routine. I have had no negative side effects, they are easy to take, taste nice and don't have a weird texture like some gummy style supplements do.

    I vary the dose depending on my movements and dietary fibre intake, however my standard daily dose that I take is 2 gummies each morning. I have these on repeat prescription which is really handy.

    I actually bought these based on a recommendation from a friend and I would also recommend them.

    Really helped my daughter - learning difficulties makes her diet poor and these have stopped her having problems. They taste nice and are easy to take there is no issue getting her to take them, unlike pills and drinks

    Quite sticky to chew can’t say there is much flavour which is good though others say they dislike the strong flavour. Seem to work well for my digestion

    I only take one a day then alternate with two certainly wouldn’t need 3 so they do work out good value

    Didn’t do anything for me. Not worth it if looking to add fibre in a meaningful way due to wanting to aid stools. The texture and taste are good, it’s a shame there’s no benefit, not for myself anyway.

    I’ve been religiously buying these for months. Initially, I was experiencing fibre issues while using the jab but these have kept my body regular and improved my digestion. They’re odourless and taste like berry jelly with a similar jelly texture.
