My favorite jar yet!!! I love that it’s wide enough I can get my hand easily inside to scrub it clean. No lip makes easy cleanup. Lid is perfect for just enough circulation but still feels “closed”. Not heavy and holds about 550 grams of starter with room to double. Tools are great too.
