LOVE this comforter!!! It is Dry Clean only, but from the reviews i read on other similar "washable" comforters that got torn in the wash or the feathers started coming out afterwards, I think it'll be worth it in the long run. there was no smell when i opened the vacuum seal. instead of letting it sit out to fluff up, i tossed in the the dryer with no heat on "air fluff" and it did the trick and didn't hurt it at all.

It looks really nice on my bed and is super light and keeps me warm. I bought it because I was sleeping with a thin quilt and had five blankets on top of me to stay warm. this comforter is ten times lighter than using all the blankets you own and keeps you perfectly warm without waking up sweating in the middle of the night. the downside: it is really hard to get out of bed in the morning. it's SO nice!!! I do wish they had more color options, but this dark grey is lovely and will match well with any color sheets i decide to get.

I searched high and low comparing prices and this was the best one for an Alaskan King Size down comforter. It’s so luxurious and I could never live without it ! I picked this one out because my husband is a cover hog and this one is extra big and gives enough covers for both of us !

So far the item is great. the material feel slightly thick which I appreciate to keep the feathers from coming out. It is also heavier than I thought it would be (120x98). I think the quality is really good and heat is locked in quickly. however for us, maybe a lighter one should have been picked because my husband and I are both hot 🔥 under it. I got the all season because he is always cold using multiple blankets but he was really hot under just this one! so I'd say it did its job for sure.

packaging came all busted open, clearly a return so I was worried the New blanket i order waa actually used, but the string wrap (both) were intact.

After several attempts at purchasing other styles that were true disappointments. Too thin, bad material etc. I should’ve known to just stick with Hombys brand because that was the brand I’ve had for the last 6 years. This one is an upgrade from my orginal one and i couldn’t be happier. It’s thick enough to show the beautiful pinch pleats and stay warm but cool enough not to overheat. It’s a lovely comforter.

Pure comfort - it keeps me warm, but then also lets my skin breathe so I don't feel like I'm drowning in sweat if I get too hot. It has a really nice weight to it as well. Definitely a winter comforter.

This comforter exceeded my expectations! Out of the packaging, I was a little concerned because it had a funky odor, and I didn't necessarily want to machine-wash it since the tag says Dry Clean Only. But I also knew that unless I got the smell out, I wasn't going to use it, so I decided to take my chances after researching that it's possible to machine-wash a goose down comforter. I'd done this many times before with my current comforter, but it's not as nice or big. Using a gentle cycle with an extra rinse and cool water, the washing went great - in a top-loading machine. I machine-dried it with two clean tennis shoes (since I didn't have tennis or dryer balls) to keep the feathers from clumping, and that worked perfectly. I started the drying on the gentle cycle to get the initial water out, then moved to a regular cycle with high heat. It took @ 2 hours to dry completely. The final product was very fluffy and soft and smelled great. Washing and drying is also a great way to fluff and de-wrinkle the comforter right out of the package, as it was very flat at first of course. This way you don't have to wait for it to puff up. GREAT comforter at any price!

This comforter did not disappoint....and I am a DOWN fan. There is no substitute for the real thing...and worth the extra dollars. Keeps you cool in the heat, and warm in the cold. Would highly recommend.

I especially love the fact I bought the King Size Duvet 120x98 California Oversize ! Even though my bed is a Kingsize the oversized made a huge difference to our comfort!

Buy it. I have gone through 5 duvets and none of them compare to this.

Ordered this comforter for this winter and it is absolutely incredible and it will be used all-round the year and it has little weight, but not too much, a little warm, but ideal for sleeping. This comforter checks all the required points for a perfect calm sleep and looks super fluffy and cozy.

It arrived in a vacuum-sealed pack but it was raised in few hours.

Comforter has goose down feather which you can feel it and it is fitted evenly in all the sections. The outer cloth is durable and soft and is cotton, and the quality and stitching are impeccable.

Overall a must-have comforter especially for chilly winters.

Orders this as I needed a king size and I liked the pleated design on it. Price was excellent for a king duvet!

The weight is nice...not so light that you don't feel it in you, but not heavy either.. you know it's there but can move comfortably underneath. Being that we are into the cooler months, I can't say how it will be for summer.. it has been good with the milder temps lately and not too hot. As with most blankets, one foot out always helps!

It stays fluffy, bit it's not a pouffy duvet, like some. The fill is nice, evenly done in all baffle boxes. Nothing poking our or hard. Material is soft. You can hear it when it moves so if you are a very light sleeper and a bit of crinkling sound bothers you, wash it a couple of times to soften the cotton shell, or buy something else. I prefer to have cotton as it's more breathable, and the sound doesn't bother us.

Overall a great duvet. Have been using it for over a month now and am very happy with it.

Comes with warranty, fluffs up within a few hrs or sooner if you help it along. No smell from it.

Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a duvet. It does the job it's supposed to and looks great!!
