Customers say

Customers find the water flosser to be a quality product that offers great value for money and is extremely easy to use, particularly noting it's much easier than traditional flossing. The cleaning performance receives positive feedback, with customers saying it gets their teeth super clean and leaves their mouth feeling incredibly clean. The battery life and power receive mixed reviews - while some say the charge lasts a while and the flosser is powerful enough, others report the battery stops working and find the power too weak. Durability is also mixed, with some units breaking after one month of use.

Nice sturdy water pick!!
This water pack is great. Just got it today. That’s a great job. Cleaning your teeth seems very durable and charged as well. Hold a decent amount of water for one brushing and a great value. It’s essential to use daily for your gum health. This seems sturdy , more than most water picks. I’ve ordered. Comes with several attachments.

It is my pleasure to offer a five star review of this product. This flosser does a superior job and gives an excellent range of options as to how much pressure you wish to use. It is easy to hold, the water tank holds enough water for a thorough flossing without having to refill. The battery holds a charge for quite some time as advertised, which I put to the test with a two-week trip abroad and did not have to charge once.

And now for the really good bit. I've had my flosser for two months and it stopped working for no apparent reason. The troubleshooting guide on the website was clear and intuitive. I tried all of the solutions and on the first go round could not get the unit working again. At this point I contacted customer service via e-mail on a Saturday. I received a prompt reply saying they would respond to me first thing Monday morning. In the meantime, I gave a couple of the troubleshooting suggestions a second try and was pleasantly rewarded with a working unit. Meaning I would not have to go through the hassle of packaging and returning. Also saving me the embarrassment of returning a perfectly good unit. I sent them a second email (Sunday night) letting them know the unit was working. When I opened my e-mail on Monday morning at the top of the queue were two emails from customer service the first one with a few more suggestions for troubleshooting and the second one an e-mail responding to my second e-mail letting them know that I had got the unit working. Both emails reflected care and concern in a very professional and pleasant manner. I have been fortunate enough on many occasions to receive great customer service from manufacturers. In this case COLSUS stands out and I'm even happier with my purchase. Thank you!

I really like this product! It's my first time using a water pik-like device. I bought the item because it much more affordable. I only use this two times and it cleans quite thoroughly. Also, I like the fact that there are cords involved.

I bought this portable water flosser about seven years ago, and I’m actually ordering another one because it has served me so well. It’s still working, but the rechargeable battery doesn’t hold a charge like it used to, which is understandable after years of use.

If you’re comparing it to a countertop electric water flosser, the countertop model definitely has stronger water pressure. But that’s not really the point of this product. This one is designed for travel, and that’s where it shines. It takes up very little room in a suitcase, making it perfect for vacations or international trips when you don’t want to pack a bulky countertop unit.

The water reservoir is smaller, so you may need to refill it during use, but that’s a reasonable tradeoff for its compact size. It also comes with several interchangeable tips, which is a nice bonus.

One tip: keep the charging cable with the flosser. With so many USB cables lying around these days, it’s easy to misplace the one that comes with it.

After seven years of dependable service, I have no hesitation buying another one. If you need a compact, travel-friendly water flosser, I think this is an excellent choice.

I love the idea of this water pic however, even the softest spray setting was really hard on my gums and hurt. But it’s great to use instead of flossing my mouth felt so clean!

The size of the water pick was a little hard to hold because it was so wide and kept sliding out of my hand, but otherwise it’s great!

The cordless charge lasts a really long time and it is durable so great for traveling

Very happy with this flosser. I had the other corded type that took up a lot of space on my vanity top and was clumsy to use. This one has rechargeable battery that lasts for weeks before needing to recharge. Comes with USB cord. It has a large tank and three customizable modes for different sensitivities. It is also fully water proofed. It has a two year warranty if you go to their website and customer service was exceptional.

I am impressed! I bought two different portable water flossers to compare and seriously thought this one would not work compared to the other name brand one. I was wrong. This one has the power flow I was looking for at a fraction of the price. I also really appreciate the bigger water tank. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the nubbie that needs to be taken out (and lost) for charging. I would have like to see this attached somehow.

I bought this very good H2ofloss IPX7 machine about a year ago. It lasted one month longer than its warranty and the battery quit charging. So I bought the higher rated COSLUS C20 for its higher #1 rating and better warranty. I found its lowest setting too powerful for me and its charging cable to have a proprietary connector which means it must be carried and used rather than a normal USB micro cable. Its charging connector cover also is not attached to the machine and therefore easy to lose if dropped. So I bought this H2ofloss IPX7 again. It has more speed levels, now comes with more accessories, and is still much better than the C20 but disappointingly has now changed to a proprietary cable connector as well rather than the original convenient USB micro. Meaning the cable now has to be carried if travelling like the C20. Making it less convenient than the older machine. Dumb change. But still overall the better choice. Please switch back to the generic USB micro.
