  Prime Access is a discounted version of the Prime membership, available to eligible government assistance recipients or income-verified customers. It offers all the same benefits as the full-price Prime membership, but at half the cost—just $6.99/month.

• Who is eligible for Prime Access, and how can I qualify?

  You can qualify for Prime Access in two ways: based on your household income or by being enrolled in a government assistance program. If you qualify through income, our secure third-party partner will verify that your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline based on the information you enter. This verification is quick and easy. Alternatively, if you're enrolled in a government assistance program, you can upload documentation showing your participation. Eligible programs are listed below. This process is secure and your documentation is deleted from Amazon after the verification.

• When will I be billed for my membership?

  Once your eligibility for Prime Access is verified and you've provided your payment details, you’ll be billed monthly on the same day you signed up. You must have a valid payment method to complete the sign-up process. If you’re eligible for a free trial, you’ll be automatically charged for the next membership period once the trial ends.

• Can I cancel my membership at any time if I’m not satisfied? Will I receive a refund?

  Yes, you can cancel your Prime Access membership at any time by updating your account preferences. If you haven’t used your benefits yet, you may be eligible for a full refund for the current membership period.
