I absolutely love this vibration plate! It has become part of my daily wellness routine, and I've noticed a big difference in how I feel after using it consistently.

I use it to help loosen up my joints, get my body moving, and feel more refreshed. It also helps me feel less stiff, especially after long days, and I personally feel like it supports my circulation and overall recovery. I've even noticed it helps me stay more regular, which has been an added bonus for me.

The machine is sturdy, easy to use, and offers a great workout or recovery session in just a few minutes. Whether I'm using it before exercising or simply to relax at the end of the day, I always step off feeling better than when I started.

Overall, this has been one of my favorite wellness purchases. It's easy to use, effective, and definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend!

I am loving this as a tool for post workout recovery and lymphatic drainage. It's not too heavy. Stores away easily. I feel very stable on it. It is easy to set up and use. Love that it has a variety of options in use. Helps my muscles loosen up and avoid being overly sore after workouts. Great machine. Great price.

I was a bit skeptical to try this at first because I don’t want a huge machine taking up unnecessary space but this is pretty compact not taking a lot of room. It comes with the basic necessities, the remote batteries and they threw in a resistant band, which it’s OK I would still buy your own if you don’t have any, but I have to say giving it a try just one time I feel pretty good. I think it made a little bit of a difference. I’ll have to get into a routine of using it more. It definitely has you feeling like Shakira and if you could never make your cheeks clap this will do it for you and if you’re heavy on the top, the girls will be clapping too😂 after working out and then using this you feel relaxed. I got this on sale. I recommend if you’re hesitant give it a try you can always send it back. Easy to use !

This vibration plate works well and is pretty wide and stable. has suction cups on the bottom to help hold it in place. The device support my 250# frame well, but when i am on it the device does not seem to have much difference at all in the different speed settings. perhaps due to my weight. I did not use the instruction at all, as the remoted and the device was very easy to use. The platform is very strong and hold to my shoes very well. The workout seems fairly good as I can feel a bit of difference in my legs after the workout. Over all I would say the device does what it is designed to do and that is to shake you about and help increase the blood flow in your lower limbs and hips region. I do feel better on the days after I use the device. My favorite thing about the device is I can set it to auto and step up onto it and step side to side and it will start automatically. I do not give it 5 stars as it does not have enough variation in the speed of the shake from 1-10 and not much difference and the fact that the rubber surface has already started turning loos after the first 2 weeks.

This vibration plate is very nice. It's quite, comfy and gives me energy. Feels like I've ran a lot. Very functional. Highly recommend.

Worked great for a few week then it wouldn't take a charge anymore. I ordered a new cord and it's working great again. I love it so far. I'm not sure if I got a faulty cord but I would still recommend as it has more power then another brand I tried. This one has a bit more foot room as well.

I waited a long time and did research before I finally bought one and waited for the price to drop some. I also waited a few weeks before reviewing this so I had some insight to longer term use instead of a day or a few. I enjoy this for what I need it to help me with. I knew it wasn't some miracle weight lose machine. However it does help me with things. I get restless legs bad at night sometimes and this is a godsend. It helps take away the pain and restlessness in my legs so I actually can fall asleep and get a good night's sleep. Sometimes I stand in a squat position to help really target my legs and it gives them a nice feeling after. It also just makes me feel happier. It's something to add to my routine to look forward to in the morning and night. I do it on auto and the 10 minutes fly by. While using it I always put calm aesthetic YouTube videos on for extra effect. It's lighter weight so easy to move and store. I recommend this for anyone who is seeking relief for leg pain. Also if you do get one and have thick thighs wear pants with thick inner thighs. It will cause chaffing.

After reading many reviews, I chose this model for the price value and range that I was seeking, along with the quality and power that it offers. For the price, I would say that it does it's job but without the bells and whistles. It's simply power on, and either run auto mode by stepping on and starting to rock side to side; this accelerates the speed from 1 to 10 over the next 1 minute and continues this 1-10 pattern for 10 minutes. Or, you can select your own speeds. This also comes with a remote to control the settings. It is a little clunky to move around and it has rubber feet to help keep it in place. It does seem to make my body feel good after and Im getting the 10 minutes per day Vibration recommended to keep the lymphatic system flowing properly

I just got mine and used it a few times already and can feel a difference. I have thyroid issues that just battle against me steady and this machine is truly helping. So far I love it. Its quiet and easy to us. I highly recommend it

I recently got the MERACH Vibration Plate, and it has completely changed my home workout routine. The machine is surprisingly quiet for its power, so I can exercise without disturbing others. The vibrations are strong and effective, giving a full-body workout even in short sessions. I’ve noticed improvements in muscle tone, balance, and flexibility since I started using it regularly.

The speed control is very convenient. You can choose between auto or manual modes, which makes it easy to adjust the intensity depending on your workout or fitness level. The built-in programs are varied and challenging, while the manual mode allows full control for personalized routines.

I also really appreciate the built-in Bluetooth speaker. I can play my own workout music, which makes exercising more enjoyable and motivating. The plate itself is sturdy, stable, and easy to step on and off safely.

Overall, the MERACH Vibration Plate is a high-quality, versatile fitness machine that works for weight loss, muscle toning, and overall shaping. It’s compact enough for home use, effective in results, and enjoyable to use. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an easy, efficient, and fun way to exercise at home.

I purchased this vibration plate to help manage lymphedema. With so many options on the market, I did quite a bit of research before choosing this model. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is, especially given how powerful it feels. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but even after just 10 minutes, I notice that I feel better afterward. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
