work

  • 1.Replace the cable or adapter. We recommended to use the 5V/2A adapter, and try to avoid using the USB power supply of the computer.

    2. Water is inevitable during the cleaning process. Please make sure the USB charging port is dry when charging.

  • Kidnly check whether the brush head is tightly connected with the extension rod and handle. If it's been well connected and hasn't been soaked in water too long, but the item still can't work, please contact via your Amazon order

  • In the process of use, try to make the brush fit with the clean surface, avoid only using the edge of the brush and the clean surface contact. If it's just edge contact, it's harder to control the brush, and edge rotation can cause the brush to fly.

  • The IPX7 level test is conducted in a laboratory environment. The product is placed in clear water 1 meter deep for a duration of less than 30 minutes(Ensuring that the interior of the device is not affected by water under these test conditions).

  • When in use, please properly cooperate with detergent and increase the frequency of cleaning
