Item can be used much like any other multi vitamin. I had compared it to my current one, and it had a few extra beneficial components. It’s hard to tell tangible benefits so early, however my partner uses the female version and believes it to be a well worth purchase in trying to conceive journeys.

I haven’t noticed any side effects, however I haven’t from any supplements. The tablet size is quite large (similar to creatine oral supplements).
