Just Like A Melted Popsicle
I found myself dehydrated and it was suggested I try liquid iv, so I did and I immediately felt the difference. So, I ordered this popsicle flavored packets. Terrific. The taste is a bit salty but just as I remember those popsicles tasting. Awesome. I did find the price about half as much at Sam’s. O swear by the stuff now. Excellent. 1 packet in a 16.9oz bottle of ice cold water, just terrific. I keep sticks in my car and in my camera bags when I need a hydration boost. It makes the clear water a bit cloudy which tells me it been fully incorporated into the water.

I swear by these. I have always had a problem with drinking enough water. The liquid IV made drinking water much more enjoyable. I drink two of these a day, one per 24oz of water and I am never dehydrated anymore. This is my favorite flavor. It tastes so good. Super convenient. Pour it into the water, stir it around and it dissolves right into it and taste delicious.

These are great! Was advised by my cardiologist to ⬆️ fluid to raise my B/P as one of my AFib meds lowers my already low B/P & these help. Firecracker is my favorite, Tropical Fruit & Cherry are pretty good but not so much Watermelon as it seems a weak flavor, like you didn’t put enough in the water & I can even divide the others. Gonna fix some 750ml bottles for my daily gallon++ 💦 intake to have at the ready & pre-measured with & w/o these electrolytes. Have purchased these several times.

    Game-changer for our busy household!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Liquid IV Firecracker flavor, and I must say, it's an absolute game-changer for our busy household! As a family constantly on the go with various sports and activities, staying properly hydrated can sometimes feel like a daunting task. However, this delightful hydration solution has made all the difference.

First and foremost, the taste of the Firecracker flavor is fantastic. It’s a refreshing burst of fruity goodness that both the adults and kids in our home genuinely enjoy. It’s rare to find a hydration product that pleases everyone's palate, but Liquid IV has nailed it with this flavor. Whether we’re coming home from a long day of soccer practice or just need a pick-me-up after a busy afternoon, this drink is the perfect way to refuel our bodies.

In addition to the delicious taste, the price point is another major plus. For the benefits it provides, Liquid IV is quite affordable. It offers a great value considering the amount of hydration it delivers in each serving. With our hectic schedules, being able to quickly mix this into a bottle of water and get the electrolytes we need feels like a steal.

We've noticed a significant improvement in our energy levels and hydration levels since we started using it. The difference is especially evident during those days packed with endless activities when it’s easy to get dehydrated. Liquid IV not only quenches our thirst but also helps us bounce back quicker.

In summary, Liquid IV Firecracker flavor has earned a strong place in our household. With its appealing taste, excellent price point, and effectiveness in combating dehydration, it’s loved by everyone—from parents to kids. If you’re looking for a reliable and tasty way to stay hydrated, I highly recommend giving this flavor a try! You won’t regret it!

I bought this because I feel like I have been just so thirsty even after having water. I was looking for something to help me keep hydrated but to put into my water. I’m not huge on flavoring for water so your experience might be different. For me, I felt like I could have got by with a half packet for my 20 oz water. It tastes good and like the firecracker popsicles but just too much flavoring for my taste. My opinion is that the cherry is very prominent and tastes exactly like the Gatorade Frost Glacier Cherry which I like that one. I think my next bottle I’m going to try less of the packet to see if I like it better. It did work amazing for my dehydration feeling and I don’t feel super thirsty right now. I don’t feel tired either which is something I have been struggling with so having energy is a plus. This does contain 3x the electrolytes and has main daily vitamins so I will continue to use liquid iv. I don’t think it’s something that is necessary every day but is nice to drink when you really need it. I gave it 4 stars cause I thought it was a bit overwhelming with the flavor and a bit too sweet for me. A lot of the reviews seem to like the taste and doesn’t think it’s too sweet so I think it depends on your taste and what you like. If you are looking for something to help with dehydration, this stuff is amazing!

Love this flavor. Liquid iv continues to be very effective at hydration and electrolyte replacement for people like me with connective tissue disorders that cause some dysautonomia. Easily dissolves in water. I prefer to mix it with 1L or More and it still tastes good. Love the portability and ease of the small Packets. Love the clean ingredient list. No side effects ex we feeling better. Love the options for so many flavors as I get tired of having the same

Thing and need to mix it up.
