TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway in Atlanta offer details on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: You will be automatically renewed each season into a full subscription package. Package prices and details will vary each season.  Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan).   You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement to cancel the renewal via the cancellation link in the email or in your online account or calling/emailing us. If you cancel before the charge date from the email, you won’t be charged.  After that date, we’ll refund you if you make the request within the 30-day window. A valid credit card and email are required.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season subscription for the 2026/2027 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than Thursday, February 19, 2026 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard subscription benefits or show offerings (Courtesy Change) must be requested by Thursday, February 19, 2026 and are limited to one request per season ticket package account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription will be offered.

PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $70 in processing fees, a total of $27 in facility fees for 6-show packages, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Level subscription fee. Patron Level subscriptions (Orchestra Center Rows A-M & Loge Sections A-D Rows AA-FF) include an additional $180 fee for each seat purchased. The Package Total for 8-show packages also included an OPTIONAL $5 per seat contribution to Broadway in Atlanta’s Education Fund. Patron Level subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to the subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public and complimentary parking vouchers for all Broadway in Atlanta shows purchased. As of May 6, 2026, 8-show and 7-show packages are no longer available for purchase. If you have already purchased an 8-show or a 7-show package, your subscription will not be affected.

SEASON OPTIONS: Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. All Season Options must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan. Ticket prices for the Season Options include a $4.50 per ticket facility fee and a $14.00 per ticket service fee. If your subscription is not renewed, any Season Options you purchase will be automatically canceled and refunded without notice.

UPGRADES: A few weeks after the final renewal deadline, all renewed Broadway in Atlanta Subscribers will be emailed information on when upgrades will be available. A second email will be sent the following week when your upgrade window opens with an invitation to review available locations from Subscribers that did not renew. If you are happy with your seats, no action is needed. If you want to make a change, the email will contain a link to log into your online Broadway account and based on availability,  you can change seat locations on the package level, and/or the performance day and time you attend. Seating upgrades are subject to availability. The difference in price is due at the time of upgrade. When downgrading into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of payment purchase or issued as a credit to your account within 14 business days.

EXCHANGES: The ability to exchange individual shows will begin shortly after the upgrade window. Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your performance or by 5pm on Friday for weekend performances. In some cases, a show may require exchanges to be completed 72 hours prior to your ticketed performance. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. When downgrading into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of payment purchase or issued as a credit to your account within 14 business days. New subscribers (including any subscribers who are not renewing from the previous season), will incur a $5.00 per ticket exchange service fee during their first season. Renewing subscribers will not incur this exchange service fee.

ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway in Atlanta shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into equal installments. Your first installment will be charged on the date of your renewal. Account Credit Terms and Conditions.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS: The benefit of purchasing additional tickets to the individual shows in the season package prior to public on sale will be available after the upgrade window. Orders that exceed the ticket limit  (8 tickets) will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability. Ticket prices for the additional tickets include a $4.50 per ticket facility fee and a $14.00 per ticket service fee.
