Welcome to Orphan
alright my lovelies. Here's the deal. You all now are memebers of a band called "Orphan"- make sure you can spell it. We need to start focusing as April is approaching and we had said that we wanted to start playing some open mic type deals. I have no experience with how to go about that- so im putting Melissa in charge of locating a place etc. Then when we have practice we need to zero in on being able to play the songs well and in a way that's entertaining. These are the songs i think we'd play (however i dont know how many is customary at something like that so Melissa can direct me on if they're too many or too few etc)

And perhaps "Heart Of Tears" as we just need to get a fix on Melissa and emily's parts. Speaking of Emily's parts- we also need to really start thinking about what to do about Emily's lack of a drum kit. Any ideas? I'm not sure how we would want to do the open mic thing- perhaps we would do it accoustic- so we only had to worry about Daniel's amp...but i guess we'll discuss it.
Im also really thinking about changing band practice to two nights a week but for shorter times. Maybe wednesday from 7-8 and friday from 7 - BSG i dont know it depends on Melissa's work schedule amongst other things.
