本文详细记录了解决在启动agent进程时遇到的libcom_err版本冲突问题的过程。通过卸载冲突版本、重新安装所需版本的libcom_err，最终成功解决了多版本问题，使agent的安装得以继续。

如题，在执行启动agent相关进程的时候报了如下错误：

Error:  Multilib version problems found. This often means that the root
       cause is something else and multilib version checking is just
       pointing out that there is a problem. Eg.:
       
         1. You have an upgrade for libcom_err which is missing some
            dependency that another package requires. Yum is trying to
            solve this by installing an older version of libcom_err of the
            different architecture. If you exclude the bad architecture
            yum will tell you what the root cause is (which package
            requires what). You can try redoing the upgrade with
            --exclude libcom_err.otherarch ... this should give you an error
            message showing the root cause of the problem.
       
         2. You have multiple architectures of libcom_err installed, but
            yum can only see an upgrade for one of those arcitectures.
            If you don't want/need both architectures anymore then you
            can remove the one with the missing update and everything
            will work.
       
         3. You have duplicate versions of libcom_err installed already.
            You can use "yum check" to get yum show these errors.
       
       ...you can also use --setopt=protected_multilib=false to remove
       this checking, however this is almost never the correct thing to
       do as something else is very likely to go wrong (often causing
       much more problems).
       
       Protected multilib versions: libcom_err-1.41.12-24.el6.i686 != libcom_err-1.42.7.wc1-7.el6.x86_64

根据提示是版本冲突导致的，中间经历多次解决方式，最后整理完，按如下解决：

1、卸载其中一个版本的libcom_err

rpm --erase --nodeps libcom_err-1.42.7.wc1-7.el6.x86_64

执行完后会发现yum无法使用了，重新安装libcom_err即可。

2、下载所需libcom_err包并安装

地址:http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6/os/x86_64/Packages/libcom_err-1.41.12-24.el6.x86_64.rpm

rpm -ivh libcom_err-1.41.12-24.el6.x86_64.rpm

3、重新执行agent的安装即可

sudo yum install -y cloudera-manager-agent cloudera-manager-daemons
