这里用的Spring版本号4.1.3，Hibernate版本号是4.2.19，具体步骤如下:

1.创建web工程将需要的jar包放入WEB-INF里的lib文件加下

2.配置web.xml，这里主要配置Spring IOC容器以及Spring MVC控制器(DispatcherServlet)

2.配置springmvc的配置文件，默认路径为web-inf下的springmvc-servlet.xml，如果存放在其他位置须在web.xml中修改，这里对json的解析用的是jackson
