I like the current company very much although i only work in it for one week ..I am sick of pure technology. If outsouring company obtain more profit, they will not care employees too much. Change trade,Change customer, Put down salary. I think if the cost of personnel like salary is keeping heightened any outsouring company will leave from shanghai in order to reduce cost.
My new company focuses special industry in retail and banking.I like it.
