The Coming of Arthur II
The tyrannical reign of the evil Queen Morgana is challenged by Arthur who rounds up some new and old allies to aid him.
The words to describe this season finale are not enough to sum up this magnificent, best finale ever!
Emotional, angsty, action and most of all EPIC LEGENDARY!
The rise of Excalibur, Merlin fighting with this and putting it in the rock, Freya, the Knights in the Round Table, Lancelot and Merlin/Arthur love made me cry all the way.
Probably, these scenes were the most anticipating and will be the base for the next season.
Of course, we can't forget Gaius' and Gwen's tremendous help, Morgana's increasing power. Uther who is a broken man now, will he change at all?
I understand why Merlin can't reveal his magic to Arthur yet but i have a feeling that Arthur will start suspecting something very soon in S4.
Anyway, S3 started and ended with the best epic way.
Sir Leon can't accept Morgana as his Queen.
Run to hide, Merlin!
They need to do something.
Queen Morgana asks for royalty in all wrong ways.
'Long live the King'.
Noooooo!
Uther sees dead people.
Eye for an eye for Morgana.
The beautiful Prince is sad.
Merlin tries to cheer him a little.
Arthur wants his peace but Merlin gives him his wise advice.
'Camelot needs you'.
They need to try.
Gwen offers her 'help' to Morgana.
Merlin must empty the Cup of life.
Gwen will help Leon to escape.
But they are not aware that the witches are watching them.
Merlin and Gaius wonder hwo the magical water will help.
'To friendship and royalty'.
Merlin tries with the water.
Gwen 'secretly' takes a key from Leon's cell.
Merlin tries so hard.
So does Gwen.
But Merlin fell asleep and the damage happened.
Freya?
She will return the favor with giving him the weapon that will help killing the immortal army.
Due to his 'relief', Gwaine interrupts Merlin for a moment.
Merlin leaves the cave to call the Dragon.
He will help the warlock to go to Avalon.
The Dragon flies with Merlin and leaves him there.
The Draggon warns him again.
Seeing the lake again, Merlin felt moved.
He got in the small boat.
Here it appears: Excalibur!
Leon escapes but he has to be in disguise!
Morgause sets their trails in magic.
Leon tries to get rid of the dress.
Morgause and the Immortals follow.
Arthur approaches Merlin.
Arthur thought of Merlin's...wise words.

Gwen! Leon!
Arthur watches Merlin going to Gaius.
Merlin takes the Excalibur and sees its force.
Rocks fall saving the boys.
Lancelot!!

Merlin called Lancelot there.
Morgana wants to put an end to the Knights.
Going to the Castle of the Ancient Kings.
They look for things but Arthur found the biggest.
Everyone sits around the Round Table of Knights.
Arthur talked about the Table where everyone is equal.
Arthur is grateful.
He wants to save his father. Who will join?
'I believe in the world you will built'.
'You were willing to give your life for me'.
'There is noone i would rather die for'.
'I wouldn't miss it for the world'.
'Your enemies, my enemies'.
'If you need an old man'.
'You know the answer'.

'You don't have a choice, Merlin'.
This is a big moment.
'Arise Sir Lancelot, Sir Gwaine, Sir Percival,Sir Elian Knights of Camelot'.
They are the most noble army of the world.
Merlin tells Lancelot that his Knight dream came true.
Lancelot suspects that Merlin has a...magic plan.
Lancelot: 'You are the bravest of us all'.
Arthur tells them about the castle's tunnels and Merlin will help lancelot.
He asks Gwen to stay with Gaius.
'I'm so proud of you, Arthur'.
It's not Lancelot's time yet.
Gaius is proud of Merlin.
Back to Camelot.
Merlin 'felt' the Cup's energy.
The Excalibur showed its power again.
Lancelot is in awe.
The others set traps for the Immortals.
Merlin and Lancelot try to get in the Cup's room.
The battle begins.
Immortals guard the Cup.
Arthur finds his father and frees him.
Merlin runs to get the Cup but Morgause's magic pushes him away.
'If we go down, we go down fighting'.
Gaius' and Merlin's magic stop and kill Morgause.
Merlin takes the Excalibur and hits the Cup.
The Immortal army disappears.
'It's over, Morgana'.
Morgana's scream shakes the Palace.
'You are safe now, father'.
Gwaine?
Arthur: "Have you seen the state of these boots?"
Merlin: "Yeah."
Arthur: "Well, go and get something to clean them."
Merlin: "Why? They're your boots."
Arthur: "Have you lost your mind?"
Merlin: "I thought you believed in equality."
Arthur: "I'm sorry?"
Merlin: "At the round table you said--"
Arthur: "Shut up, Merlin."
Arthur is joking with Merlin.
Merlin tells Arthur that maybe the time to be a king is here.
'Who knows what the future may bring'.
Looking at the future.
'Well done', Merlin!
Merlin had something to do for last but not least.
He wanted to keep his promise to the Dragon.
He put the Excalibur in the stone so no wrong hands (except Arthur) can take it out.
