The City of Ithaca will be milling and paving the 400 block of College Avenue from July 14 through July 24. During this time, the 400 block of College Avenue will be closed to all vehicular traffic. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and expect delays in the surrounding area. The recommended detour route is Stewart Ave to Campus Rd.
