let's talk about sweat!

So yes, we all sweat to different degrees. And each body has it's favorite places to start sweating.

Have any of you ever noticed your body's favorite "sweat spots" changing as you got older?

In the past year or so, as I'm moving from total obese lump on the couch to running and dancing, I've noticed that on my legs, the first (and most copious) spot that starts to sweat are my knees. And I'd swear I don't recall my *knees* being particularly sweaty before. Granted, I mostly worked out in shorts before, but not entirely - and even in shorts or skirts, I'm finding that I really notice when my knees start sweating, it feels weird, which tells me that it's actually something new, if it's drawing that much attention from me (I don't usually notice when I start sweating in, say, the small of my back, or my armpits, which have always been "sweat spots" for me). I really notice in my ballet class, since I'm in a black leotard and "flesh colored" tights - and within minutes I have these big, dark sweat circles around my knees.

Not a major deal, of course, but interesting, and now I'm curious. So tell me! Do your knees sweat? Has your body gotten new (or lost old) "favorite sweat spots" as you've gotten older?
