Real Trash Usually Doesn't Get Put in the Waste Basket

As a busser in a restaurant essentially what I do is clean up other peoples messes however in general it is the servers who have to deal with the real garbage. The gratuity system puts restaurant employees in an even greater position of servitude then most service jobs. For those poor creatures who have to talk directly to their benefactors this can be an unfortunate situation.
