Need Help with TikTok Developer Portal: Organization Verification and App Transfer Issues

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for guidance from developers who have experience with the TikTok for Developers platform.

I'm facing a few issues while managing an app in the TikTok Developer Portal:

1. App transfer issue

The app is already approved, but when I try to transfer ownership, I get this error:

"This app is already connected with other organization."

2. Missing document verification option

I need to verify our new organization, but I cannot find the document verification option in the Developer Portal.

3. Developer email error

I'm also encountering this message:

"This email is not registered as a developer."

The owner of the new organization is involved, and the account has access to the organization. However, I still cannot complete the required steps.

My questions:

• Does organization verification need to be completed before an app can be transferred?
• Why might the document verification option be missing?
• How can I resolve the developer email registration error?
• Is there an official process to transfer an app that is already associated with another organization?

I'd appreciate any guidance from developers who have dealt with similar issues.
