Sometimes late at night,
I sit and think of you.
And when the moon is shinning bright,
I can see my tears in the light.
My heart aches for your touch,
My lips long for your kiss.
Baby, I'm just missing you so much,
And dreaming just isn't enough.
If I could just hold you through the night,
I wouldn't have to cry.
'Cause crying myself to sleep just isn't right
I need you for the rest of my life, not just tonight.
So come on over, we can make a mess.
We'll see how much trouble we can make.
So grab your coat and slip into your dress.
Take as long as you like. If you're late, I won't love you any less.
You know when you arrive, I'll be soaring in the stars above,
And darling, you can tell this is love.
