This discussion iterated through several titles, but the participants appear to have agreed with each successive revision, with the result that I believe the final proposed format addresses the concerns of all participants. Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad → DHA Islamabad-RawalpindiDHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi – DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi is more appropiate as the society is geographically spread out in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. I think I am mostly finding it without the comma, as "DHA Islamabad–Rawalpindi" or "Defence Housing Authority Islamabad–Rawalpindi". It seems like "Islamabad" (by itself) was previously more common, but it has since been renamed "Defence Housing Authority Islamabad–Rawalpindi".
