Today I got my long-awaited camera! For the camera savvy, it's a Canon PowerShot 7.1-Megapixel Digital Camera. For the non-camera savvy, it is much better than my old one and I like it a lot.

I went around the apartment complex and took a TON of pictures (197, actually) - scenery, mostly. I also took a number of pictures of myself, which surprisingly turned out really well (I think).

I picked 35 that I liked the best, they're under the cut. They're in thumbnail form; click the thumbnails to get a bigger version. Feedback is v. v. much appreciated - as mentioned, I JUST got the camera, so don't expect any mind-blowing photographs just yet.
