I felt SO SO SO loved tonight. I finally got to see Brianna... haven't seen her in well... I'd say 9 mos or so. It was great to see her again. I'm proud of her, she seems to be progressing well. Matt also showed up, I was suprised to see him.... I kept having to remind myself... YES he's really here lol. I hope he graces us with his presence more often. Michelle read a
poem for me, I was really touched. When Charles called my name to read every one said "yay" and he said "wow this is like the Academy Awards" lol. I read a poem for Uncle Shorty... yes he too showed up. I think I made him cry... I succeeded in what I wanted to do. When I was finished reading, I headed back to my seat and was greeted with a line of hugs AND a piece of cake with candles! No one could sing cause the reading was still going on but ... well I felt loved and appreciated. It feels good to finally have FRIENDS.
