So I thought life sucked when my mom told me I couldn't live at home anymore.
And I thought life sucked when my grandma started calling me just to ask how David is.
And now I'm pretty certain I'm really on my own here, and somehow I've missed every chance to fix it.

You know, it really sucks to be the outcast in your own family.

It really sucks when your cousins whom you barely ever see drive two hours to stay for the weekend with another one of your cousins who lives less than 5 MINUTES from you and don't even bother to give you a call. It's even better when you make contact with three of them about it prior to them leaving and they say they will at least call, but never do. It's even BETTER when you try and reach them last minute because you know they are about to leave for home soon to make sure you will see them before they leave and they invite you to go to breakfast with them in the morning but neeeevvvvvvvverrrrrr call.

I later found out that breakfast never occurred. Which is cool, right? But I also found out that each of them left without so much as saying HI to me.

I never post in livejournal anymore.
But I had to this time, because I don't think any of them know how much they freaking hurt me.
They go through each year unaware of how lucky they are to have these great, complete families.. with moms AND dads.. parents who love them and want them to come home on weekends. THEY are all I have. And THEY have no idea.

I'm not coming home for Thanksgiving. I guess I better get used to holiday's alone, 'cause I'll be up here in this apartment alone all summer. And then again next year when David leaves for grad school. If any one of you happen to see my sister on Thanksgiving, please do me a favor and tell her i freaking love her.. because she's the only one who misses me when I don't come home for two months.
