Sponsorship Agreement
Sponsor gives permission for their name, url, address, contact information to be used as needed for the above requested promotion.  Sponsor agrees and accepts responsibility for providing accurate information and agrees to provide artwork as needed for upload to social media, website, and banners. All monies are due prior to August 31, 2026. Checks may be made out to: Pinellas County Youth Baseball. Please put "Prospects Gold 12U" in the memo line of the check. Sponsorship of PCYB does not permit the Sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of PCYB.
