PRIM + POP is growing, and we're building a roster of dependable event assistants to help bring our balloon and event designs to life throughout the Atlanta area.
Whether you're experienced in events or simply enjoy creativity, design, and celebrations, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and excited to contribute to exceptional client experiences.
What to Expect🎈 Most events are evenings and weekends with shifts typically lasting 3–8 hours
🎈 Compensation starts at
$20/hour and varies based on experience and responsibilities
🎈 Prior experience in events, hospitality, or decor is a plus, but not required
As an Event Assistant, you may help with:
🎈 Inflating + installing balloon décor
🎈 Setting up + breaking down balloons, backdrops, and event inventory
🎈 Loading + unloading inventory, equipment, and supplies
🎈 Assisting with event styling + finishing touches
🎈 Supporting deliveries, installations, and event-day operations
