• The Channel page reads one timeline as a feed or a board: the board sorts the same work into four Task-status columns and reads only the window the feed has already loaded, so opening it never re-reads older history.
• A taskless discussion opens in a panel beside the Channel feed, and can be turned into a Task on the spot.
• Following and direct messages become their own tools instead of sharing one entry point with reading and writing Threads.
• A rejected write comes back with the facts that gated it and a token you can retry with, and a write whose unread work is already on your surface needs no read first.

• The Channel page's header, Message row, and way back to the conversation follow the shipped session page's conventions; the roster and manual Channel member management stand down, since the Agent panel already lists every Member.

问题修复

• 从新上下文启动成员不再把调用者写进 Session id；历史读取失败后，加载更早消息的入口仍然保留，它本身就是重试。

• A reply can be linked to the Message it answers: the composer quotes one line of the original, resolved by the Host, and answering a Member delivers to them the way naming them does, while answering your own Message notifies nobody.
• A Message that names you says so where its actions are, with a Mentioned you badge that lights only for Messages that really name you, and your own handle reads as yours inside a Message body.
• The notice that a reply mentions you now says what it answers: the author, the first line of the original, and the full ref you hand back.
• Read one Message back whole: team_thread message returns the verbatim body by ref, which is how you answer one specific Message without re-reading the Thread.
• Members stop queueing behind each other: a long wait on one Member no longer holds up another's pause, removal, or configuration edit.

• Reading the same data on one surface costs one request, a late response never overwrites a fresher result, and a reconnect still fetches what is current.
• A read that fails keeps the last number it had and says so, so the Inbox badge and the Channel's unread count no longer drop to empty or zero.
• A Message states its own time: rows that already carry an identity line state the instant beside the name, the time stays inside the avatar seat, and reading a Thread on a later day no longer paints a dated label across it.
• The Inbox says when the unread queue continues past the rows it shows, instead of letting a full page read as all of it.

Fixed

• Starting a Member from a new context no longer names the caller in the Session id, and a Thread whose history read fails keeps its action for loading older messages — that same action is the retry.
• Creating or editing a Member with a model provider the Host has no adapter for is rejected on the spot, naming the provider, instead of producing a Member whose first turn fails.
• Opening a Member's Session from its sidebar row now says so when it fails, instead of doing nothing while the row still marks itself as current.
• A new Member's private-memory index starts as a bare structural skeleton rather than prose that has to be replaced afterwards.
• Quoting your own Message promises nobody a delivery, and a Message's time, mention badge, and quote delivery are stated the way the reader meets them.

Other changes

• The bundled context-continuity engine moves to 0.4.0, and Team asks the engine's one anchor rule instead of restating it.
• sendMessage stops creating a Task unless it is asked for one: asTask: true is now required to hang a Task off it.

• The Inbox says where each Task stands: a row whose Thread carries a Task prints that Task's status beside its number, in the same state dot and word the Channel feed and the Thread header already use, so a Thread waiting for your acceptance no longer reads like one that is finished — while a Thread that is only a discussion stays exactly as it was.

• Team tool calls that miss an argument now say which ref is missing, where to copy one from, and that a retry is the way out, instead of reporting only the parameter name.

• Context housekeeping moves to the engine's own two tools: context_status shows a Member how much of its context is used and how much is left, context_compact shortens it in place while keeping recent work verbatim, and the summary a Member writes itself is the one that gets used instead of a template written for it.
• When a Member is woken after a long quiet stretch, the deployment's own model first judges whether the work is still related: input judged unrelated is held back and replaced with a fresh-context instruction. A key is the switch for that gate — a Team Host row that states one (or names an environment variable holding one) turns it on, and a row without one leaves it off.
• The gate's three numbers live in that same row: how long counts as a long gap (gate.idleMs), how large counts as large (gate.tokens), and how long one judgement may take (gate.judgeTimeoutMs). An edit applies to the next judgement, with no restart.
• Settings is one page: your display name and avatar, one place for the model endpoint's address, model and key (a key is write-only), and whether it answers right now.
• Members are more autonomous: they decide by default and report when done instead of asking you to confirm a plan, and the calls left to you are the irreversible, the expensive and the ones only you can make.

Experience improvements

• At a raised content size the sender's name grows with the message while the body keeps its layout.
• When a Member reviews where its context stands, adjacent rows that differ only by an anchor number fold into one line, which reads much shorter.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a message that failed to send being impossible to answer, and attachments uploading twice when a request is retried.
• Fixed an interrupted Member context update being abandoned halfway: it finishes on the next start, and the same step is not done twice.
• Fixed the plugins page taking the center column in Team mode: Channels, the Inbox and Threads open there again.

• 设置新增「我的资料」:名字用在 Team 消息与成员列表里,头像出现在你发出的消息旁;只收图片、最大 10MB,字节读不出来就回退到首字母,而且只有你自己的那一行画头像。@human 别名不受改名影响。
• 「我的资料」页脚在后台检查 npm 上有没有更新的发布,发现后显示「有新版本 x.y.z」并链到发布说明;读取从不阻塞页面,结果缓存 12 小时,失败保持安静,DSH_AGENT_TEAM_UPDATE_CHECK=0 可以关掉。

体验优化

• Member memory 的 index 预算从 8 KiB 提到 16 KiB,每次注入都带一行用量(X.X KiB / 16 KiB 加百分比);超出预算的警告写明确切字节数,并随包内置 member-memory-manager skill 讲清维护规则。
• 侧栏的 Inbox 卡片(汇总所有 Workspace)下面,原来一长串 Workspace 列表收成一行选择器,显示「工作区,<标题>」;菜单打开即接焦点、Esc 把焦点交还触发器,读屏能念出当前 Workspace。消息里的 Thread、Channel、member 引用解析成带标题、可点击跳转的 chip,解析不出来的保持普通文字。
• 已完成的 Task 行不再打印最后活动时间,精确时刻留在 hover 标题里;Task Thread 头部改用留白分节,不再加第二条分隔线,Claim 分两行显示、完成的颜色往后退;「当前运行风险」只写一句本地化的话(例如 @Ferry 当前不可用),Host 的英文诊断挪到行的 hover 标题。

问题修复

• 修复 Agent 的模型选择器卡在加载:目录在成员列表加载时就预热、并被所有选择器共享,Host 读取慢只是在已经画出来的行后面刷新,读取失败给出重试入口,而不是一直转圈。

其他变更

• 上下文连续性改跑在拆出来的引擎 @wowyuarm/dsh-context-continuity 上:rollover、checkpoint、projection fold、timeline 都从这个已发布包读取,并随本包自动安装。timeline 行带一个简短 anchor id,只有 restorable 行才打印 context_rollover 接受的 ref。

• Settings gains a Profile section: the name applies to Team messages and member lists, the avatar appears beside your messages — images only, up to 10MB, unreadable bytes fall back to your initial, and only your own row draws the picture. The @human alias survives any rename.
• The profile footnote checks npm in the background for a newer release and links the release notes once one is seen; the read never blocks the page, the answer is cached for 12 hours, every failure stays silent, and DSH_AGENT_TEAM_UPDATE_CHECK=0 turns it off.

Experience improvements

• The Member memory index budget rises from 8 KiB to 16 KiB, every injection carries a usage line (X.X KiB / 16 KiB plus a percentage), the over-budget warning states the exact byte count, and the bundle ships a member-memory-manager skill holding the upkeep rule.

Bug fixes

• Fixed the Agent model picker getting stuck loading: the catalog is warmed while the roster loads and shared across pickers, a slow Host read refreshes behind the rows already drawn, and a failed read offers a retry instead of endless loading.

Other changes

• Context continuity runs on the extracted @wowyuarm/dsh-context-continuity engine — rollover, checkpoints, the projection fold and the timeline all read through that published package, installed with this bundle. Timeline rows carry a short anchor id, and only a restorable row prints a ref context_rollover accepts.

• Agent 成员可以跨 Workspace 协作：把成员加入另一个 Workspace 是显式关系，五组 Team 工具新增可选的 Workspace 选择器。收件箱汇总所有参与关系，人类成员面板新增导入与退出管理。

体验优化

• 提到成员的名字只有真的能送达才渲染成徽章：没写 @ 的名字就是普通文字，代码里保持原文。
• 收件箱把提到你的行排在前面，不再只按新旧排。
• 多个 Team 页面同时开也不卡了，重连回来的页面不用等新提交就会追上最新。Host 和 Client 两半版本不一致就无法配合，更新后记得重启 Host。

问题修复

• 修复市集装的 DSH Desktop 客户端启动失败：SQLite 存储后端现在直接装在这个包里，不再依赖已发布 Host 都没有提供的那个包。已有数据无需迁移，直接打开。
• 修复已归档 Channel 的 Thread 漏进收件箱：归档即结束参与，也结束通知。

其他变更

• package.json 补上 MIT license 声明。

• Agent Members can now work across Workspaces: joining a Member into another Workspace is explicit, and the five Team tools take an optional Workspace selector. The Inbox merges every participation, and the Human member panel gains import and withdraw controls.

Experience improvements

• Mention chips render only where delivery reaches: a name needs its authored @ to chip.
• The Inbox leads with rows that mention you, ahead of merely newer ones.
• Team pages stay responsive when several are open at once, and reconnected pages catch up without a new commit. A Host and a Client half from different bundle versions no longer work together — restart the Host after updating.

Bug fixes

• Fixed market-installed DSH Desktop clients failing to start: the SQLite storage backend now ships inside this bundle instead of depending on a package no published host provides. Existing media open without migration.
• Fixed archived Channels leaking their Threads into the Inbox: archival ends participation as well as notification.

Other changes

• package.json now declares its MIT license.
