[Feature] "Added to album" trigger for workflow

The feature

This trigger allows users to perform operations, eg add to archive, when an asset was added into a dedicated album.

I would like this as well, my use case I'm thinking of is I have a "to delete" folder where I add external photos that I want to delete, Id like a tag of "Delete" to be added to the photo when its added to the Album.
