| Agent does not launch | CLI installed, path visible to app, terminal selection, workspace exists |
| Launch opens wrong terminal | Change the Terminal selector in Launch |
| Resume starts a new conversation | Agent supports resume, selected session belongs to selected workspace |
| Launch button flickers | Use v0.6.5 or newer; earlier builds had selector transition flicker |
