Supported Agents
Agents are local coding CLIs launched or attached by VibeAround.
| Agent | Direct launch | Resume | Profile routing | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Claude Code | Yes | Yes | Yes | Native Claude login or Anthropic Messages bridge |
| Codex CLI | Yes | Yes | Yes | Native login or OpenAI Responses bridge |
| Pi | Yes | Yes | Yes | Uses Pi agent integration and profile routes where supported |
| Gemini CLI | Yes | Yes | Yes | Native Gemini or Gemini API profile |
| OpenCode | Yes | Partial | Yes | OpenAI-compatible routing is preferred |
| Cursor CLI | Yes | Yes | No | Direct CLI mode |
| Kiro CLI | Yes | Yes | No | Direct CLI mode |
| Qwen Code | Yes | Yes | No | Direct CLI mode |
Direct uses the agent's native login and configuration. It is the safest default when you already authenticated the CLI.
Profile launch uses a saved provider profile. Depending on the agent and provider, VibeAround either passes provider-specific environment/config values directly or starts a local API bridge endpoint and points the agent at that endpoint.
Launch includes New session as the first session option. Pick it to start fresh. Pick a previous session to use the agent's resume flow when that agent supports it.
Handover lets a terminal/web session continue through a messaging channel, or lets a messaging session point back to a local workspace.
Common commands:
/handover
/pickup <code>
/switch codex
/switch claude
Slack reserves slash commands, so Slack uses /va ... style commands.
When an agent supports global configuration, VibeAround can inject:
- VibeAround MCP endpoint
- preview helpers
- handover helpers
- web/dashboard helpers
The exact file written depends on the agent's own configuration model.
