ACTION REQUIRED: Wrap Your Application With Version 20.8.1+ To Avoid End User Impact

This is a heads up on some important updates that are available in the latest release (version 20.8.1) of the Intune App Wrapping Tool for iOS.

ACTION REQUIRED: Wrap your application with version 20.8.1 (for applications compiled with Xcode 16) or later and release to production as soon as possible. This release contains some important updates for iOS 26 AND a critical change that will allow applications to continue to connect to the Intune MAM service.

IMPORTANT: Failure to wrap your application with version 20.8.1 or above and deploy to production by December 15th, 2025 will result in end users being unable to access their organization data.

Note: Our team is also working to release an Xcode 26-compatible version of the Intune App Wrapping Tool for iOS: Version 21.1.0. This release will also contain the updates mentioned above.

Hi iwmobility, yes I can confirm this has been extended to January 19th, 2026.
