About financing of projects

Hi to everybody. Hope, you can help me in solving my problem.
I study history of theater and specialize in german drama. Now I make translation of one trilogy from german into russian and want to publish it as one book in Russia. Is it possible to receive financing for such a project from Goethe-Institut?
Thank you in advance.
