"My name is Mosab, and I am a musician and chef from Gaza.

Before the war, I worked in a restaurant and spent much of my free time playing music. Cooking was my profession, and music was one of the things that brought happiness and meaning to my life.

But the war changed everything.

I lost my job at the restaurant, and our home was bombed. The peaceful moments I used to spend with music became part of the past. Like many people in Gaza, my family and I are now living in extremely difficult circumstances, where even meeting our basic daily needs has become a challenge.

However, despite everything we have been through, I have tried not to leave music behind. I have held on to my passion and played for children whenever I had the opportunity, trying to give them moments of joy and help them escape, even if only a little, from the fear and sadness they live with. For both them and me, music has become a small space where we can forget, even for a few moments, what is happening around us.

There are 13 people living in our home, including children. With such a large family, providing enough food every day has become increasingly difficult, especially with rising prices and our limited financial resources.

I also care for several cats. They are part of my life, and despite everything happening around us, I simply cannot abandon them. Feeding them alongside supporting such a large family makes our situation even more difficult.

I am doing everything I can to help my family and get through these circumstances, but our needs have become greater than what I can manage on my own.

That is why I started this campaign: to help provide food and other basic necessities and to care for the children and animals who depend on us.
