Hello, friends. My name is Azure. I'm a trans man who lost his job back in October, and have been struggling to get hired since. My wife has been experiencing the same struggle since January 2024. We have five pets (2 cats, 1 dog, 2 snakes) that we previously had zero issue affording to take care of and started fostering a sixth (1 cat) right before I lost my job. Needless to say, we're out of funds. My bank account is in the negatives, our credit cards are all maxed out trying to keep the bills paid, and yet, without a miracle, we might be losing our home soon. We'd have to rehome our pets, and that thought breaks me.

I have tried requesting mortgage assistance, but the place my loan is with doesn't offer that at this time.
